Called about getting my pool filled. The guy who answered the phone was very snappy, unprofessional, and sound as if he was having a bad day. Told me it would cost $2400 to fill my pool. Called another company  Murphy’s was greeted well, treated well, and wound up only paying a little over a thousand bucks. I don’t know the owner of this company, but if it’s the guy who answers the phone, I don’t see them being in business much longer. You aren’t the only water company in Dover buddy, and your prices, are way crazy, especially with the attitude you give.

Called to ask if they could fill up my pool and know the price, The guy on the phone answered my questions in a very snarky manner, ask the guy on the phone to give me a second to explain the cost to my family members and the guy answered me with a “i don’t have a second” in a VERY rude way.

I called just to ask about pricing and the guy on the phone got smart and asked me where I lived, I replied with my location and he got all snarky and said we do not deliver there and then hung up. Poor customer service.

The old man who answers the phone is indignant and apparently burdened by customers seeking their services!
