The obgyn department is very unprofessional I do not recommend this place for nothing it took my girlfriend 3 1/2 weeks to get an appointment here because the obgyn dappartment doesn’t answers the phone and says there ina meeting everytime you call ..

Had so many bad experiences dealing with people at their front desk, I will never go to this place again

Dr Berkowitz where have you gone?? Please if anyone knows if Dr Berkowitz is at another practice please let me know !!! This place is a joke.. it was like a movie what happened to me today here if I really explained on here what happened to me today that place would be shut down as a matter of fact my mom said I should of went a head with what was going on and if something happened to me because that woman that works as family practice and the lady at the front desk wanna be on site OBGYN'S but are NOT board certified OBGYN'S to do pap smears telling me that the obgyn told them on the phone how to do it and what to do ???? They lost their minds at chess penn !!! It was unreal y'all and I will not be back !!!

Long story short, these people are liars. I scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor several weeks in advance. I had to take the day off from work to attend the appointment. The office confirmed my appointment with that doctor multiple times, including when I showed up for the appointment. Then after a nurse practitioner asked me a few questions, I'm suddenly told that I won't be seeing the doctor that visit because she scheduled the day off. Not only did the office waste my annual physical, they even sent me a separate bill for the lab tests. Needless to say, I will never be going back again, and I recommend anyone reading this review not to go either.

I must give Chespenn two stars because they never return your calls in a timely manner. You always get the voicemail, you leave a message and no one returns your call which is frustrating and bad for business. Yet, when you go there, the staff is always at their desk. So are they ignoring calls? I've called three times and to date no one has returned my call. Must I go over heads and contact the executive about the poor customer relations when it comes to phone calls? However, I do like the staff and they do give excellent support and care. I will continue going to Chespenn, but my patience is running thin when it comes to contacting them by phone.

I have been a patient for a couple years. The doctors are great but the waiting is long. It’s been a couple of times I’ve waited more than two hours to be called in plus the time inside. I have vertigo and do not feel well at all because of the wait time made me feel worse I didn’t feel as bad when I came in

This place is very very extremely slow and they only care about the money. People are dying in this community and this place cannot focus enough to help the people that need it the most. Yes, they have one or two good doctors, I will give them that, but the bureaucracy and the way things are carried out is detrimental to the health of the people that have to come here. I AM DYING AND THESE UFKERS MAKING MANAGING MY HEALTH A NIGHTMARE. AVOID BEING ALIVE NEAR THIS PLACE!!

They take long to call you my appointment was at 1:45 i was there thill 3:30 i took my copay cash back n left..never again not for me.. for my kids okbutnot for me I think They need to make sure when people call to make a appointment to make sure its not to manny people in one day..thats my opinion
