I had a issue with my landlord that needed addressing and Jenaira was very professional helping me! She made me feel like my concerns were hers and immediately helped me get my progress started. I was very stressed out this day and she definitely put me at ease with starting the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me. I spoke with two people before her and they were very respectful and informative!
I went in to register to vote. Great staff no prooblems
Nice building, staff isn't very knowledgeable though. Kept on telling me I had to talk to a different department then that department would tell me to talk to someone else.
There for a Christian prayer rally. It was great, even Vice President Biden made an appearance and spoke for about 10 minutes.
It was great because we got free food!!!
I just don’t see how they have all these 5 stars. The city of Chester is horrible. Starting with the keystone collection group.

No one has answers. Always being connected to either the wrong person or an extension that simply rings. Where is animal control???
