We head to PetsMart everytime for the Grooming Salon. Our Ginger is taken here about 4 times a year. Ginger gets a bath and has her nails ground each time. We have to be honest with you...Ginger actually gets excited whenever we arrive at not only Pets Mart for her own personal " Spa Day "...actually she gets excited each time that we turn into the Chattanooga Shopping Center. Ginger loves to go not only Pets Mart but also the Home Depot both are in the same shopping center.
Love this store. You can find the items you need for your pets. And you can see other pets that are for sale, and all the accessories you can buy for them. Clean store and friendly employees.
Food was ok. Just ok. Probably would have rated the experience lower but amazing service may have won me over. Bryanna was attentive and friendly and made the visit worth my time.
Great shopping center. Plenty of options to do some extra shipping and then go to Chick-fil-A
It used to be a nice shopping center but angry homeless people stand outside the doors of every business asking for money and then get angry when you tell them you don't have cash. The stores are nice but the amount of beggers soliciting is scary.
Went to Home Depot. Alway clean, always someone to help me find what I need.

I visited PetSmart today wishing to have my dogs toenails clipped. That was about 8:30 in the morning and they suggested I come back at 2:00 because they only clip between two and four. I returned at about 5 minutes until 2:00. They took him right in and at 2:00 handed him back. You can't be service like that. They could have cut his toes a little shorter but they certainly did it quickly and without any major issue. Thank you, PetSmart

Walmart, PetSmart, Home Depot, and UPS... Very convenient to have close together. I use Walmart for curbside pickup. UPS has its own 15 minute parking which is great. PetSmart is clean and has some of the brands I can't find at other places. I always go to home Depot for my light bulb needs
