We had a beautiful holiday in the Garden Cottage, very relaxing and peaceful, close to the beach, but very private as well. The cottage was wonderfully equipped and clean, and the hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. Weird aside, the cottage the same coffee grinder and tea kettle that I have, so I felt very much at-home indeed!Rooms: 5/5
Our stay at Chesterman Beach Bed and Breakfast was a real treat. For years, we have been coming to this beautiful place of peace and quiet, tucked into ancient grove of cedar and spruce trees. If you love untouched nature, magical sunsets and perfect waves, this is it. The owners Todd and Lynda will go out of their way to make your stay a holiday to remember.
AMAZING - every stay is incredible. Staying at Chesterman Beach Bed and Breakfast has become a yearly tradition for me. I first stayed in the garden cottage with my puppy and partner for 3 nights and most recently stayed at Seaside for 4 nights. Todd and Lynda are fantastic hosts, they are so kind and welcoming and full of knowledge of places to explore, eat etc. The suites are always pristine and equipped with everything you need. There’s nothing like a hot tub overlooking the best beach in Tofino after a morning beach walk. This property is paradise and the waves lull you to sleep every night. Mere to the beach. I cannot recommend a stay here enough.
We stayed in the garden cottage for 4 nights. The cottage is super comfy and cute with a kitchen that is well equipped for making breakfast or easy lunches. The location can’t be beat! We sat out on the beach to watch the surfers and waves crash in the afternoon and the stars at night. Our hosts were helpful with recommendations and responsive to my questions. We’d love to return in the future!
We were looking forward to our stay in Chesterman's Beach B&B. The place was more than we expected. Kitchenette was very well planned and stocked for guests. Bath was so nice, it was perfect for the LOOK OUT cottage. was really happy to have the view of the beach from our huge window and watched the surfers from morning til almost dark. The whole stay of 4 days was heavenly relaxing. I love the only sounds you hear is the pacific's roaring waves hitting the beach. It was hands down the perfect getaway place. I highly recommend this place if you want the best place to be in Chesterman's Beach area. The owners are very friendly, accommodating and always willing to help for anything you need. What else can you ask for. The BEST place to be in Tofino.
Where does one start? The setting is stunning, peaceful and tranquil, hidden away from everyday life. Beautifully appointed, airy and spacious Ocean Breeze Suite is a home away from home and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there! You are literally steps away from the beach and waking up every morning to the sound of the waves breaking, is something which has to be experienced! Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise with us, Lynda and Todd! We will definitely be back!
We had the most magical stay here. The Ocean Breeze suite is bright and warm, equipped with all the kitchen essentials and an electric fireplace! Just 40 metres from the beach - the perfect spot for a sunrise stroll and evening wave watching. Todd is a fabulous host with an abundant list of ideas for hiking, dining, and more. We would go back in a heartbeat. We miss it every day. Thank you Todd and Lynda!
My partner and I stayed 4 nights in the Ocean Breeze suite over new years and the place was such a treat. We had direct access to Chesterman Beach and could see the waves from the sunroom. The place had a cabin-style interior and it was well furnished, equipped with amenities, and super clean. Our host Todd was welcoming and had plenty of recommendations for sightseeing, most of which were within 5-8 min driving distance. The weather + view made for the perfect proposal on new years eve.
We stayed in the "Lookout" suite on our honeymoon. It was truly lovely and cozy. Our host Todd was was very helpful with recommendations for local food and activities. If we ever needed anything for the unit, he responded quickly and warmly. The location is ideal, with steps to the beach where there's lovely beach furniture where you can have your dinner and watch the sunset. If you leave the windows open, you can hear the sound of the waves lapping at the beach. The unit has most of the kitchen basics with the exception of a stove. The bathroom in this suite might be a bit cramped for a very tall person as the roof slopes downwards away from the unit. The tub was able to fit the two of us but we were snuggled up close. There is a shower head but no place to mount it so you may need to be creative. Overall it was very enjoyable and we will definitely be back!
This was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. We stayed in the ocean breeze suite. The private access to the beach, the sunroom and gas fireplace were fantastic! Thank you so much Todd & Lynda!
