IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD! This medical staff is rude and not helpful. We have had a pharmacy and multiple insurance companies call multiple times a day all week long asking why they haven't sent out someone's prescription for a much needed medication. The response is "the doctor is to busy" and "its not our fault it must be the insurance". If you can avoid this medical team I would. It took a albertsons pharmacy pushing for 3 days to finally get a resolution. This is ridiculous.
DISGUSTING TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WASTE OF TIME . 0 stars should be an option. I waited THREE months for an appointment to establish care at this excuse of a medical facility. Transitioned out of Military after 27 years, this whole process is new to me . 12-5-22 was my appointment. Unfortunately, it unexpectedly snowed a lot and being 45 minutes away I called provider who at the time seemed to understand conditions as it was relayed I wasn't the only person to call in or couldn't get out of driveway. I was able to schedule appt for following day but with different provider. Ok. 12-6-22 at 132- I arrived and checked in to my appointment, thinking everything was good. Apparently this was an issue or an EXCUSE I would find out later. 156- I was called to front desk to a different lady than the lady who checked me in. I was told by the nurse I was not going to be seen today and the earliest would be late December. To say I was frustrated is an understatement. I did not curse or talk disrespectfully to the staff. I was told that in the future I need to show up to my appointments 15 minutes early. I went outside to collect myself and returned 10 minutes later because my children have an appointment tomorrow . My children had also waited three months to establish care. My concern was they would cancel their appointments as well and waste my time yet again. I was then told I no showed my appointment the day before and that I was late to today's appointment which caused cancelation While I waited in lobby for 24 minutes. I was continually talked to like a child and then falsely accused of threatening the staffand to leave immediately. INCREDIBLE- NOBODY DESERVES SERVICE LIKE THIS AND TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. ID STRONLGY RECCOMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.. THE CONDUCT OF YOUR STAFF AND NURSE IS DESPICABLE. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED.
Let me make this clear. I love my dr. He's amazing. It's the rude front desk ladies that are a problem. They don't answer the phone and when they do, they're rude. They never send messages back to the dr. Or take their sweet time doing so. I've had my dr yell at them and had the director of the place discipline them several times. They should all be fired in my opinion
My husband has had trouble with this office filling his testosterone prescription every month. Every month we have to have a refill done and every month we have trouble getting it refilled. They say to give it 48 hrs. We give it 72 and it always takes over a week some times two weeks to get it refilled and it's always because the Dr is not writing the prescription correctly. My husband has been taking it for almost 20 years. Every since he services cancer. I recommend finding another Dr office. We are done trying to work with them and being patient.
I won’t be coming here for labs anymore unless I have no other choice. The wait is always super long, I usually end up sitting for over an hour to drop off urine samples, like today. I was told they were unexpectedly busy due to a Belfair location being closed but I don’t know the reasoning for the last two times I’ve been. Staff always seems overwhelmed and overworked. I don’t blame them, its usually the same two people. I signed in on the wait sheet and waited right outside due to 4 person max rule in their waiting room. No one came out to grab me when it was my turn. They highlighted my name in pink and moved on. There are no wait time sign ups through a portal/online or anything, the lab is first come first serve.
Dr. Haydon is the best Primary care a person could ask for. The 3rd party "mychart" nonsense is for the jack-wagons who designed it, not for the patients who are supposed use it! Zero stars. would not recommend it. Save yourself the time and go directly to the reception desk without bothering with the phone. you'll be in and out in minutes. Calling will cost you 20 minutes of your life and STILL nobody will pick up.
Tried for over a week to get my diabetic mother's prescription for her syringes renewed. She was down to her last two days worth with no movement from the clinic. Called the clinic four times over three days. Was told twice that the syringes were discontinued. I let them know twice that they were not because the pharmacy gave me enough of those syringes to get her through the weekend. The pharmacy also tried numerous times to get this straightened out with the clinic. The clinic twice sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. The people I talked with at the clinic did not seem to even know how to read her chart. She's had the same syringes for years. They also seemed to have no sense of urgency and if not for the pharmacy my mom would not have been able to administer her insulin. I have no confidence in this clinic.
Rude doctors. No real concern of what’s ailing you. Run like a factory—in and out as quickly as possible. You wait on the phone for a minimum of a half hr—every time you call. They don’t take new patients on and if they do it’s not the right doctor for you nor the one you want. Washington needs more options. My mom needed her antidepressants altered and they told her to go to the emergency room. That would expose her to covid and she has COPD. They do not care if you live or die. BEWARE.
Worst patient customer care EVER!!! My husband has had 7 different doctors assigned to him in the last 10 years. Every new doctor requires a NEW PATIENT VISIT. This appears to be a money making scheme by this organization. My husband needed his CPAP prescription renewed he's been on CPAP for 17 years. He just visited his previous doctor for annual visit under a year ago, but because that doctor left, Franciscan is requiring another New Patient Appointment and refusing to renew his medicare prescription for the CPAP. We will now take our business to a reliable, patient first -- NOT A MONEY FIRST provider. Take time to locate another medical facility to keep you and your family healthy!
Hard to get thru to urgent care but nurses and Dr's are nice and treat you right
