The receptionist was cheerful and helpful. The appointment was on time, actually slightly ahead of schedule. The nurse and doctor were very pleasant and professional. The doctor visit was much less traumatic then one normally expects.... That's a good thing.
My appt with Dr Moore was great. Peggy started me off with the basic glocoma check and asking history. She was friendly and did not rush anything. I felt like I was valuable. Dr Moore chatted and listened attentively to my concerns respectfully and addressed each one to relinquish any concerns I had. He was also friendly, listened and was polite and respectful. I felt cared for
Dr. Moore was exceptional in his care and thoroughness. And he kindly shared some good news with me ahead of the next appointment. This is a well-run office!
Saw Dr Troung for my yearly check. As always, she was very professional, kind and thorough. She asked me pertinent questions, listened to my concerns and then addressed them. I’ve been to Dr Troung for 3 years now. She was the first Derm who was finally able to prescribe a medication to clear my psoriasis.
Dr. Sullivan at Kaiser Permanente here in Port Orchard is the best!! He took his time, asked questions and answered mine. Best experience I have had in quite some time with a doctor, simply the best!!!
I am waiting to be seen now. I had a 3pm appointment, it is now 4:18. This is an excessively long wait. No explaination.....just wait, wait, wait. No other industry can get away with poor customer service and still get paid. I would recommend another clinic and I will be looking into switching after this. I must say that all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
My visit to the Port Orchard Kaiser Eye Clinic went very well. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I never felt rushed. My concerns were addressed. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.
Kaiser is uncompareable to any other medical facility I have ever been to. My doctor is the best. He is very thorough, checks everything when I come in. Nothing goes unnoticed. The service is immeasurable! An example: I had a Dr. appt. at 10:30 am. I got there at 10:15. I went directly to the lab for blood work. Saw my Dr. ON TIME. Had a half hour visit with him, went to the pharmacy, and had my glasses adjusted. All within 1 hour. Kaiser is so well put together and organized. I tell all my friends. Some have changed to Kaiser and now they are bragging about their great service as well.
Gps works well. Turn to home. Done,completed visit returned to Gig Harbor At 13811 32nd Ave Northwest.
From the minute that I walked through the door, the staff Reception, Nurse, Doctor and phlebotomist were all delightful and friendly. Dr. Tanaka spent quality time with me. His nurse was warm and kind. The receptionist went out of her way to assist me, even though I was late and ready to reschedule. The phlebotomist was kind and her experience and talent made my multiple blood samples painless and quick. Thank you, Port Orchard Medical Center for having these wonderful people under your roof!!
