Trying to figure out where my package is. Can only get voicemail - never a person. No calls back yet either. Supposedly in transit for 3 days now to the southwest side of Chicago! Was sent to me first class so don't even know why it's at a bulk mail center.
I have shipped packages out of the local office on Des Plaines Avenue for 15 years and over the last three weeks someone is stealing my LP items I sell on ebay and not scanning and delivering them to the Carol Stream Hub. I am not blaming that office but I believe it is someone at the sorting facility hub on Roosevelt Road. Get on it Postal Inspectors!!!! CORRUPTION!!!!!!
The USPS returned a package to me after damaging it and losing the contents. I get it, mistakes happen. They included a phone number so I could submit a claim for my lost item however no one ever answers and they never return any messages!
Chicago NDC Forest Park IL decided to run a bubble mailer containing a DVD through a sorter shredding the package and crushing the contents. They then repackaged the mauled parcel and sent it along to it's receiver...me, basically saying with enclosed letter; too bad, the package wasn't insured. The right thing would have been to accept responsibility for their carelessness and included a no questions asked claim form...what am I thinking...a government entity taking responsibility for their screw-up...yeah right!
Sit in dock almost 30 min before getting even started unloading, music from forklift was so loud you couldn't hear backup alarm from any forklift definitely a sorry excuse for post office and people and definitely extremely dangerous
Appointment was 11 am but check in @ 10:30. Now is 15:30 and still not loaded. Their is an attitude problem
2nd time in 2 weeks, I've had a package misrouted to some other random state. Thanks alot for the additional week of waiting on a delivery USPS. great work
Waiting on a package that was delivered to this facility on April 7, 2020 from UPS. There has been no movement with my package since it arrived, and today is April 16th.
i came in with the delivery in a truck and i was 8 minutes early prior to my appointment time and they told me to make u turn and come back in 8 minutes?? USPS is a joke!
The post office often getsca bad rap. I think its a great institution. If it goes away you will be sorry.
