Absolutely amazing law firm. They know what they are doing 100%. Professionals. Bryan took charge and kept me in the loop every step of the way till the job was done. I was informed on every detail about the case before steps were taken and decisions were made. I was never lost, confused, left with questions, concerns, worries or doubts. Anything involving debt, lawsuits, court can be stressful and this was my first experience with this type of situation and they made it easy and smooth. These types of situations and services sometimes take time to get information for the best approach, several court dates possibly making it take a couple to a few months and patience on both ends myself and law firm before being settled and I was informed on that and in the end thats what happened. I knew it was gonna be handled and that my case was in great hands after the first conversation and could relax. Great customer service, the team and Bryan were easily available at any time. There are a lot of bad services out there this is not one them. Will recommend to anyone I know in need and definitely reach out again in the future if in need of help. This law firm delivered on exactly what they promised and make it clear each step of the way. They kept me updated and let me know where the case stood. I never saw the inside of a court room. Debt came from a divorce that was settled years ago that payments were stopped on and they took care of the amount owed. Highly recommend these guys. I and my wife had a large amount of credit cards debt, getting court notices with one of the decision already written against us. Others are in que. We felt we are doomed. Was not very optimistic when We first spoke to Chicago consumer law few months back. Thought how in the world they will pull us out. Thought it’s too late to do anything. But,,, I was wrong. They way they took care of everything and turned it around in short time and got us out of these threatening notices from collector attorneys and court orders, it was unbelievable. I can't thank Bryan and his team enough!  I had a $22,000 debt.  A debt collection agency was threatened to take me to court and garnish my paycheck. I hired Bryan and his firm to represent me.  They did an amazing job and got my debt completely wiped and dismissed.  It took awhile   2 years but just be patience and if your worried, Bryan and his team will calm your fears. Wonderful, absolutely wonderful.  I was scared, legal action taken against me in regards to collections debt, and honestly I had no idea what to do. How would I?  But then I reached out to CCL after seeing their mail and they talked me through the case, made a reasonable payment plan, and got my case dismissed.  Everyone was so friendly, clear, and helpful. God forbid I end up in the same position I know where I'd go. 13k in debt collections, gone just like that.

THEY FOUGHT AND WON!!  I was being harassed by a debt collector on a debt that was paid off and the collector was emailing me on a daily basis for money owed. This firm get results. Bryan explains everything and only moves forward with your approval. While Covid did slow the process down in the beginning, the results were well worth it. The firm is reasonable and they know how to approach your case for the best possible outcome. In my case a major debt buyer agreed to settle and eliminate the debt from my credit report. I will never had to worry about them again. The  second large debt buyer also agreed and I received payment as part of the settlement and will never have to worry about them again.   I have never worked with a law firm on debt matters but this firm will be my #1. The supporting staff is quick with responses and passing along information. Great flow of information from firm to client. Bottom line this law firm is the firm you want representing you against any debt buyer/collection agency. They know how to handle the big sharks, contact them you will be very happy with the results they get for you.
