This is ridiculous. It’s a common occurrence when I go to this Chick-fil-A that my fries are not close to full, but today was defintiely new. I’ve never had my Large fry have LESS than a regular sized fry. Not only that, but they were cold and tasted like they were sitting there for an hour. I’m happy we have a CFA in Altoona but the management needs some serious help because they don’t represent CFA well at all.  Edit : I will say the service and the front workers were very nice!

So much for getting a sandwich that looks even half as promising as the commercial. Once again Chic fil A fails and it is all hype. The staff is always friendly at this location but the food is going downhill. I couldn't even taste the half tablespoon of pimento spread so it is all a gimmick. The bun was partially stale...how are they getting away with this poor product?

What a great visit from start to finish. I see why this place was so busy at 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon. The staff were excellent and so fun. Food was great, dining area and bathrooms clean. I will definitely stop back when in the area.  Kid-friendliness: Indoor play area.

I finally went here for the first time and tried their chicken strips and famous waffle fries of course with a side of chic fila sauce which is fantastic. Every thing was perfect, and staff was very nice and pleasant, I was thanked for stopping in as well, and tables were being cleaned directly after others were finished leaving the dining area.

I went through the drive thru and there was a long line, but they were very polite when the order was taken. They were accurate, and the line went quickly. Great job!Food: 5/5

When your there the customer service is amazing! However if you’re placing an order for an office for lunch… this location has in fact turned us away stating it’s a catering order. But if I pulled into the drive thru with 9 people, the same amount of people to have lunch, they would gladly prepare and sell the same amount of food..: poor customer service! Never turn away a customer and if given the opportunity to make them a repeat customer… do it!

I don't know if it was because they are in the middle of some renovations outside or what the issue was, but my experience with this particular location wasn't up to par with other locations I've been to. The fries were soggy like they either sat too long or didn't cook enough. The chicken nuggets we got were very good, but the chicken sandwiches weren't as good as usual.  The chicken seemed fatty and grisley, if that makes sense. I will visit again. Maybe it was on off day. Plus- it is Chick-fil-a.

Obvious busy Saturday lunchtime. Great service. Clean restroom. Spicy and toasty chicken. Unexpected kindness on the road.Food: 5/5

Every time I visit U.S. I stop by this franchise for the following reasons.  1. The staff - Friendly and they offer a refill every now and then. 2. The chicken is always tasty and fresh. 3. Chick-fil-A house sauce. 4. Ample seating & parking space 5. Ease of access from and to Highway

We went through the drive-through between 5:30 & 6:00 pm. There were about 7 may be 8 cars ahead of us. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it was only about five minutes. When our food was handed to us, they were already putting up the next in line. The food was delicious as usual, and employees were polite and clearly spoke through the speaker. Their prices are very reasonable. I just wish they were closer to my home.
