I ordered a large fry, sprite, and a large Mac N Cheese. There wasn’t anyone in the building working who was older than 19. They were all slumped chatting. An employee has ordered one single grilled chicken nugget, they laughed. I waited a few minutes. I received the one chicken nugget a random sandwich… nice.
Not the spot if you’re pressed for time. Parking is impossible and even ordering ahead we waited way longer than any chik-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Would have saved time driving the 20 minutes to the one on Capital. 2 stars because it’s still good food but definitely not worth the wait and wasting the entire lunch hour.
Always a great sandwich and the waffle fries were hot and fresh, as usual. The place is a bit drafty on a cold afternoon - so many glass walls.Food: 5/5
Very poor counter service, at least 15 people behind the counter doing noting at 1:30 in the afternoon, and took at least 10 minutes to get my sandwich, much faster at a drive thru for sure. This restaurant in the past has always been fast as a manager/owner was there, but was very obvious that this person was not on site during my visit
If you are going to eat here do not use mobile orders. Waited 20 min while I watch the people who just order get their food right after ordering it. When I finally got my food it was cold.
Today was my first day at Chick-fill-A and I was greeted by wonderful customer service with a smile. The only person's name that I got was Susan, but she was not alone in her efforts to ensure that my first experience was a good one. So Thank you!
I called about my food been cold . It’s not the first time . I return Becuz I work so close to them . But today was my last day . Marco or Mario was rude about the situation. He told me I should check my food before leaving . And he’s correct but it’s not my job to make sure the food is good and ready for the customer. And as a manger you should have your employees changing their product in a timely manner to prevent this problem .
Awesome crew of hard-working people. God bless them all. The manager is fantastic extremely busy but organized and a nice guy and cute too. I went in there without an order right at the closing bell and they still serve me. Great people I owe them one.
You will respect to go to Chick-fil-A in North Hills be nice and clean the store was not.. and the manager was rude..
Usually great service with very friendly employees. Gets very busy when there’s an N.C. State football game and the farmers market.
