Mistreatment of their employees! Went to pick up an order for work, went back 2 hours later for my personal meal, the same 2 girls were standing outside sweating in 115° weather. I had asked them if they had taken a break or if they’re at least rotating, going inside every other hour. She said “no, I’m out here till my shift ends. I asked my manager earlier if I could go inside to cool off but they haven’t responded. This is not worth $10 an hour.” I felt so bad for them, do better by your employees! Food was fine as usual.
Should have built 2 or 3, if you been there around hours of 4:30 to 6:30 you’d see what I’m talking about. They have way to much going on and constantly forgetful with my order 3 times out of 3 and when you call to inform them you get a recording and when you leave message they do not return your call. So if they don’t care then I don’t care about this.
The smell in the restaurant smells like old chicken or old grease. The staff was very nice!! Restrooms closed for cleaning at lunchtime! Someone finally came over and said, "What's going on here?" You can't block off these restrooms.Food: 3/5
Those who haven’t been to Chick-Fil-A since they moved to 2301 NW Cache Rd are in for a real treat. It’s bigger, better and if possible, friendlier! The food is as good as ever and wait time is almost nil. The drive thru has two lanes enabling the customers to have less wait time. They have their own delivery cars so the drivers aren’t responsible for gas etc. The restrooms are very handicap accessible.
Okay, I know that this cannot be changed and it's nobody's fault but my own. I forgot my wallet and only realized it after I ordered food for all six people in my family. This is where my issue happened. I had to wait on a 25 car line with no way to escape just to leave with no food. My kids shrieking in hunger in the back. It just sucked. I just wish that they had let me call my husband and let him give them the credit card number or something. It was so humiliating.
We just wanted to grab something quick. I just feel like its so crowded in there. It is a good location however they need more space. The food is always freshFood: 3/5
Chicken is okay but these fries are getting ridiculous. This is a MEDIUM and it's half full. It's why I absolutely never get a large. Meals are already on the pricier side for fast food. Can I at least get the full serving after I sit in the long line and pay full price?
