This is prob the least professional and laziest chick fil a I’ve been to. Today is the second time they have served me disappointing food. The pic attached is the biscuit I received after waiting 10 minutes with NO ONE IN LINE BEFORE ME. And check out my order…. No egg anywhere on the biscuit, but of course I paid for it. Unless they make nice with me, it’s the last time I will ever spend money here. The last time I came for breakfast, it was the same thing…. A wait with no one in line and they got my order wrong. Do better. The chick fil a at 55 x 54 is much better, busier, AND FASTER. Y’all couldn’t even melt the cheese?
I brought my kids here for a milkshake run. The store was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the milkshakes were perfect. The kids had a great time working off some energy in the indoor play space.Food: 5/5
Hello! I came to this location last week and Ethan took my order in the drive-through! What a kind young man! I was pleased with his customer service and the efficiency of the whole staff! Good job! I’m a former Chick-fil-A employee so I know that it’s not always easy! God bless you!Food: 5/5
I love chic fil a to the bone! It's one of my favorite places ever. The food is always amazing, fast and usually friendly. However, the manager here was not that friendly. I know she said it was her pleasure, but she needed to tell her face. Still loved the food. But that lady... not so much.Food: 5/5
The worst Chick-fil-A location ever! Does not deserve 1 star. The staff is extremely rude and always arguing about giving sauces. My order has sauces missing each single time and that’s not an exaggeration with sandwiches and hash browns. As told to me by the staff, even if you request sauce on the app which it allows they cannot give sauces based on what is requested while ordering. Their chicken biscuit is soggy most times and not eatable and the orders are messed up most times either missing egg or cheese. I have tried to speak with the management, sent multiple emails, called them to address but it seems the management does not really care. I also requested to speak with the manager at the location but they said no, we will let them know - on top of that, the location has the audacity to say why don’t you check your order before leaving. They expect this at a drive thru. How about they have better service on their side. I am done with this location and it takes a lot for me to write negative reviews, that’s how bad they are THIS LOCATION IS A BIG SHAME TO Chick-Fil-A BRAND. Because all other locations I have been to, the staff are polite and the food is warm & delicious.
Customer service could have been better. I was picking up an order but no one acknowledged me or another lady waiting. 2 men walked up beside me and they were both serviced by an older man. Afterwards, he still didn’t acknowledge me and the other lady waiting. He then made his drink and walk out
Ordered a diet soda and got a regular, which I understand isn't normally a big deal. But unfortunately I'm type 1 diabetic and didn't realize the mistake until I had already drank of it. The indicator lid was even marked "diet." This sent my blood sugar to dangerous levels. Employees need to understand that the difference between diet/regular soda is not always about preference and treat it the same as a food allergy.
I love chik fil a, so it pains me to give a bad rating, but time and time again, this location struggles with its service. Very slow service and no one seems to care too much. I’ve seen much busier chik fil a’s with better and quicker service. Good food if you don’t care how long it takes
I hate this Chick Fila. I'd bet the employees make sure the fries they take home at night look good enough to be in a Chick Fila commercial, but I have a few oily and overcooked whole pieces sitting on top of and hiding a bunch of french fry broken pieces. Why do you even put them into the deep frier??? Just toss them or add a discounted menu item for French Fry pieces! If it's not large enough for me to dip into your sauce without getting sauce on my fingers, then it shouldn't be in my container.
This location used to be my favorite, but it’s gone down over the past year. The service and the food is mediocre. Chic fil a is too expensive for fast food for there to be so many issues with this location. There is definite disconnect with the people taking the orders and the people packing the orders. We got breakfast from there this past week, and the chicken minis looked like they just tossed them in the box. Today, I ordered a salad, nugget meal, and a small fry. I checked my salad bag while there to see if all the toppings were in there, because they’re usually missing. There is a young AA lady who usually works the window. While I was looking in my bag, she said “yes” as if I was holding up the line, or bothering her, and I asked for the bell peppers. When I got home, I noticed my small fry was missing it’s on my receipt. She is not personable, at all, and she lacks customer service and does not need to interact with customers. I called to complain and was forwarded to the Cares line, greeted by a more personable individual. What sets this restaurant aside from any of the other chains? Training or retraining is needed on menu items as wells as customer service.
