I loved when the old night manager worked. I never had a problem with paying. Now I want a to order and all they accept is cash. They don't take your order on time. It always seems that you have to make your presence at the drive-thru noticeable. If your staff wants to ponder around during the night instead of work, what's the point of being 24 hours? Don't waste your time thinking this place is truly 24 hours. They hardly ever take orders properly past 2am.
I consistently find hair in my food. Always getting the orders wrong. Food is cold or stale. I get it’s fast food and I shouldn’t be expecting much, but I mean come on. Save the money and go to the Taco Bell across the street. Update: I went back and there was brown stuff smeared all over this…what the heck. Update: This lady literally doesn’t know how to listen to my order. I’ve come here a couple times this past month, every time I have to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and she still gets it wrong. Maybe if she stopped interrupting me while I order I wouldn’t have to repeat myself 8 times. I’m not a Karen btw, this is simply a terrible place with lazy employees So I literally had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker, correct her at the window, and they still messed it up when they gave it to me. It’s literally not that hard of a job, they are just being lazy and not paying attention. Update: ordered this and it came completely burnt. Like it was basically charcoal and it tasted like ashes. Look at it, it had to be smoking inside the toaster. How do you give that to a customer…poor management as always.
Couldn't take a simple order. Had the previous order on the screen. Didn't want to be charged or given the extra food. Had to talk to three seperate people and they still couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. Left without completing the order out of annoyance.Food: 1/5
I have gotten food poisoning 3 times in the past 4 months from this location. I don't go often - like once a month. If it was once, I'd let it slide cause I understand. But 3 times in such a short period of time? There's something wrong here.Food: 1/5
The workers especially the manager staff could be more polite to the customers. I know they're short on staff but their wait times are so long. They're always changing the prices of the menu every day if I could choose a different McDonald's I would but it seems like the same person owns a whole franchise in McHenry IllinoisFood: 3/5
People that work at the afternoon shift they’re rude and don’t have a clue of what costumer service is !!! I’m very disappointed I never had a problem before till today they’re really rude hey if you don’t want to work helping others get their food them don’t work doing it!Service: 1/5
Went for some nuggets to Fred my younger brother, used the app staff was friendly and got my order quickly. Parking: The lot stretches to the back and around to the other side, always has parking available.
Maria was stingy and would only give me one honey mustard after i spent 30 dollars. Worst mcdonalds ever.Food: 1/5
Went thru the drive through. They got a sandwich wrong, whatever. I go back through. Line was long. The rest of my order is now cold. Whatever. The kicker is, they ask for the mistake sandwich back to, and I quote “REBAG FOR SOMEONE ELSE”. Disgusting on so many levels.
Incredibly frustrating experience. I'm not the type of person who asks to see a manager, in fact I don't think I've ever done that. But I had to do it here. And having worked at a McDonald's in the last year, I know EXACTLY how these places function. I had a coupon on my app, y'know the app they NEVER STOP asking you if you're using, and the coupon wasn't working. So I was just like, hey, I know exactly what you'd do in this situation. You'd override it and do it manually. The lady didn't do that and just sat there entirely dumbfounded like she had no idea what was going on. Then I gave up and asked for a manager, only to find that the manager was just as incompetent with the whole thing and told me "oh that's because the coupon doesn't work until lunch". There were two minutes until lunch was served and they let us order. So I have to cancel the order, drive around, order the same thing AGAIN, only to scan the coupon and have it not work. AGAIN. And again instead of getting her manager, the drive thru woman just sat there staring at me like it was my fault. If I can help it whenever I'm out in Cary I will 100% avoid this place, because every time I've gone it's like no one knows what they're doing.
