Usually I have no issues at chick fi la but my order today was unacceptable. This is supposed to be a 3 piece chicken tender meal. To put this in my meal and think it’s okay is NOT okay! Not to mention my fries were extremely hard. I’m very disappointed!Food: 1/5
First visit to Chick-fil-A. Sadly I was there for breakfast, and will need to go again for a chicken sandwich. That being said, breakfast was very good. The staff was easily the friendliest, most welcoming and helpful group of people I have ever encountered in a fast-food setting. They all seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and interacting with customers. Fantastic visit.
Hand's down the best place for fast food. All of the staff is personal and you can tell they're training well. Been coming here for years and they've never made a mistake on my order. The food is always fresh and comes out quickly. Chick Fil A has the best milkshakes in my opinion.Food: 5/5
This is one of the busiest locations I’ve been. I’m used to this restaurant being busy but jeeeeeez. Luckily, the staff had a traffic plan that worked. The outside line wrapped around until you order at one of three stations and then drive around on in the inside line where you pick up your food. The service was as quick as it could be despite the amount of vehicles. Staff was also nice and professional.
There is a patio seat outside. But drive through road is just next to it. Not allow dogs inside but still can sit outside.Food: 5/5
I recently visited the Chick-fil-A drive-thru this morning and while my overall experience was okay, I believe it could have been better. It took several minutes to place my order, which was a bit longer than expected. I noticed that on Wednesdays, you offer a special treat for pets if customers bring them along. I mentioned this when placing my order, and the woman taking my order assured me that my pet would receive a treat at the pick-up window. However, I had to wait a few more minutes at the pick-up window before receiving my order. When I received my order, the woman said everything was complete, but I had to remind her about the drinks that I was still waiting for. Upon arriving home, I realized that my dog did not receive the special treat that was advertised on Wednesdays. Additionally, I found an excessive number of napkins in my food bag, 29 to be precise, which seemed unnecessary for an order for just two people. While I appreciate the effort to provide good service, these instances left me feeling a bit disappointed and inconvenienced. I'm sharing this feedback to encourage better attention to details and a more consistent experience for customers. I might think twice about going out of my way to visit on a Wednesday in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
Come here for the delicious chicken. Including breakfast chicken!! Chicken strips are amazing for lunch. Waffle fries are garbage, not just theirs but in general. Chicken biscuit sandwich and chicken mini 4 pack are delicious! If you want a bacon or sausage breakfast sandwich, many other places do them *much* better. Chicken!! VERY confusing drive thru. Very nice employees.
I have been to the original Chick-fil-A and many Chick-fil-A's in. The business is amazing. For a fast food restaurant they must have had 20 to 25 employees serving customers in and out of the restaurant. They had four drive through lanes and are expanding. This company has always been known for quality. I have never been disappointed. In any of their stores . They have been controversial because they are Christians but you have been to as many of these stores as I have, you soon realize that they hire much queer folk.
Basically everything you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Good chicken, friendly service and massively crowded during lunch. Despite the crowds I still got up to order and got my food in a timely fashion. I've been to this location around 11am, there was plenty of parking and hardly any crowd, going at peak lunch time at noon , it was hard to find parking and harder to find a table for dine in.
I’m from out of town and decided to stop through the drive thru on my way home. Upon entering the parking lot, it was very confusing. There are cones set up everywhere and there is no sign for the drive thru entrance. Secondly once I had received my food which I placed through a mobile order, the fries were cold and hard and my nuggets didn’t taste like they were even cooked but felt like they’ve been sitting for hours since they were cold as well. Mind you, I didn’t drive home and eat my meal but I sat in a nearby parking lot to eat my dinner. I ended up eating a couple of fries and a few nuggets and threw the rest away. Worst Chick Fil A experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely not be back.
