I got the entirely wrong order and when I called to ask for a refund I was hung up on. I can’t even eat this so now this food just has to go to waste and I have nothing to eat for lunch. I can’t believe they HUNG UP ON ME when I tried to call and tell them they messed up my order. I will never go to to this location again, they have no idea what they’re doing here and are incredibly rude. Unbelievable.
Great customer service but they have to work on their traffic flow. It’s definitely a car accident waiting to happen. The line will literally wrap around the gas station. That’s next to them and it backs up traffic for a very long time and even when you make it inside their parking lot you have to be super careful for your car not to get hit. I was overall there for about 20 minutes in the drive-through area. That’s including me waiting in traffic to get into the parking lot. Once I got there, they were giving everybody else. Their order even people that were a few cars behind me got their order in advance. Which I don’t understand that says some either.
First Chick-fil-A a worker was rude to me! The food was good as usual so three stars. I asked for a sauce at the window because this location always forgets to put it in the bag. The worker got an attitude when I askednicely and told me it was an extra charge.
The food is as it should be. Fast and tasty. The service is great, especially when compared to most fast food restaurants. As far as the atmosphere, it's nice to go somewhere that the employees seem to enjoy working. I definitely reccomend this Chick-fil-A over several others in the area.
Very efficient drive thru. Perhaps too efficient. Went for lunch to grab a salad. Unfortunately, the drive thru line was long and an attendant approached me before I could see the menu board. After stating I was unfamiliar with the salad menu, he described the salads. I selected the market salad with zesty vinaigrette salad dressing. I Paid for the order and by the time i drove past the menu sign, my order was delivered. i was impressed with their efficiency. However, upon returning to enjoy my salad, I see they failed to put any salad dressing in the bag. Too far for me to drive back for a dressing. I decide to call and voice my displeasure. The phone was answered, my order looked up and I was told there was no indication on the order that said I wanted any salad dressing. Hmmm,.. I guess the order taker failed to input it????. Check your order for accuracy when you receive it! Not the dining experience NOT "my pleasure!" I would expect from this company.
THE BEST THING WAS THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER!! HE WAS SO SWEET HIS NAME STARTED WITH A D/ & HE HAD DREADSHATE I CANT REMEMBER HIS NAME THE BEST IN DRIVE THROUGH! GREAT PERSON SO SWEET !EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MY ORDER WAS WRONG! BUT RIGHT ON receipt!!WAS RUNNING LATE FOR A MEETING WE COULDN'T GO BACK! 1st EVER mess up at Chick-fil-A!! Take more time!!! Don't rush staff!! Customer service, quality is most important with fresh and HOT food!!! PLEASE LET STAFF KNOW GREAT JOB BUT NEED TO JUST TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME!!!! THANKS Stay Safe & BLESSED!
I don‘t get the negative reviews, staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and hot, everything went smooth and quick when I went trough their drivethru.
I go to this Chick Fil A only bc it’s closest to my job. They manage to disappoint every time. Well today I order a 4 count mini breakfast with honey and ketchup. No condiments in my bag. Then I open the minis and the bread and chicken are just throw in the box. The bread wasn’t even cut they didn’t even attempt to make my food right. I’m so over this location.
Gavin needs a raise! I came here for lunch, drive through. I normally have great service, but today was exceptional. While I waited the short amount of time for my food, Gavin chatted me up. Genuinely seemed interested in our conversation and the answers to his questions. Not only is he a superb worker, his mother should be proud of the amazing person he is! Keep up the good work Gavin, you’re going places. Ps, food was hot and fresh as always!
This place is usually great even when they are busy. But today during the morning rush 9:30-10:15, the older woman about 5’5” in a solid red collared shirt with all black hair with curled bumped ends, spoke very nasty to a customer. I heard her call a name at the counter and a young girl with braids off to the side said oh that’s mine and goes to the counter for it. However the woman is calling another person already and handing them their food. The girl said “I had Cynthia/Sylvia?-“ the woman immediately cuts her off whiles she’s speaking and says “If I didn’t call your name it’s not ready.” The girls tries again to say “You called my na-“ she interrupts again “Because if we don’t say a name it’s not up yet!” Finally the girl says “That one is mine” The woman hands her to food with ZERO apology. I spoke to the girl on my way out to tell her I heard that interaction and how the woman didn’t take the time to listen. I understand things get busy but if you can’t maintain a polite and professional manner through the stress, you need to ask to move to a different position, where you can treat customers consistently with respect. The woman assumed that young girl was being inconsiderate and treated her that way. She was very snippy in her tone and short tempered with the girl. I don’t know if it was the girls young age, her braids or the woman’s stress that made her think it was okay to speak to her that way.
