Compared to other Chick Fil-A’s the atmosphere was okay and the service was just okay. They forgot the fries for the order so I walked back and I got a little attitude… from the guy working behind the counter. I under the busy rush but the whole customer service theme that chick fil a usually has at most locations, doesn’t exist here. Good was still good.
Employees seemed to have an attitude while taking care of our order at the cashier area. Another employee was eating behind the register and getting his drink.. There was a very long line that reached that hallway in the airport while one of the employee’s was stocking the sauces. Priorities were not clear to their employees: expediting customer’s orders and in a timely manner. Not the typical friendly and family type of environment where normally employees are pleasant… you know…the Chick-fil-A culture. Employees did say ”my pleasure” but you can tell it was not genuine. No smile and not a friendly place to get food. Food was fresh though…thank goodness!
Worse customer service. Avsa is rudest worker ever. No customer service whatsoever. Food ordered was not available, she could have told me that hey, the item is not available so I recommend you order something different. Instead she caught an attitude with me for no reason and started to laugh. Never ordering there again. I will be submitting a complaint to high ups as well. Working as a cashier is not easy but no need to deliver poor service.
I can't understand the big rage about this place. It's not all that. I left there hungry. Yeah, it's good but not filling at all. There were only 4 waffle fries in my order. The sandwich was tasty but small. This place gets a C+ and a 3 out of 5. I won't go there again.Food: 2/5
Who reads reviews on fast food in airports? Give me a like and let me know you read this. As far as Chick-fil-A's go, this location is top notch. Food was literally made to order. Fresh and hot. Service was great. Matter of fact, I walked away from my food to get a napkin and the airport staff cleared my entire meal from the table. The restaurant replaced my order without hesitation.
An absolute abomination of food service. When you’re in the airport you need food FAST. I’ve never experienced something so far from fast. Avoid at all costs if you need to order from a functioning restaurant.Food: 1/5
Ordered a large meal and only get a medium, asked for BBQ sauce and got 1 packet, so I asked again and only got one more. I love chick-fil-a but this one is more like an average fast food joint than the one we have all come to love. Good place to get the employees life story as well without asking lol.Food: 5/5
Service was abysmal. 6 people behind the counter, mostly doing nothing. Place was a mess, with trash all over the counter. They were serving warm supposed to be cold drinks because their "ice machine is brokeded" and their manager told them to not tell anyone where is no ice because "they need to sell the drinks."Food: 2/5
Great Chick Fil A. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Super impressed with the front of house staff. The food was really good and up to the standard. However, the line was incredibly long so a 15 minute wait was inconvenient for an airport. Then they only had medium cups and no refills. Great place, but needs a few adjustments.
I’m a huge chick fil a person, but this wasn’t a great experience. No soda, no water, and no cups. No spicy chicken. The biscuit was barely even cooked. Great way to start my morning….Food: 1/5
