A perfect infusion to kick-start the day at the Philly airport before the next flight. I needed a healthy option with a low-key sales approach. It is morning btw. The staff read my mood and walked me thru just what I needed a decision.... a perfectly made mixed berry smoothie with protein and a blueberry friend. Highly recommend.
I just don't know if there's anything better than Pinkberry! The original yogurt with just strawberries is Sublime. If you're passing through the Philadelphia Airport, you owe it to yourself to stop and get a dish. Perfect service and a perfect snack. It just doesn't get better.
I put in an order for a small strawberry banana smoothie. The employee changed my order and charged me for a large, knowing very well that’s not what I order or wanted. Then, continued to state to me “this is airport robbery, you know how airports are”....I don’t understand what was the point of changing my order.
There are pros and cons. The pros are the quality of the yoghurt base and the diversity of bases and toppings. The cons are the rude service. The "bro" that was attending at the moment maybe thought I was one of his buddies that go to play videogames to his home. Nothing else could explain the street-style way of speaking and telling me that I should get off the line if I needed time to decide when it took me a couple of seconds to read the small letters of the flavour that I had decided. I was going really close to let it go and look for another place. Even if I hadn't decided -that wasn't the case any other person would have offered to advise the customer and present the diverse options instead of pissing off the client. The fact that when he saw me upset tried to excuse homself saying that he was just joking and started calling me "boss" all the time didn't help. So there are many places around to have some yoghurt and you don't need to suffer an uncomfortable situation because the owner doesn't care about the quality of the hiring. I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was high but the worst of all is that a careless attitude is the opposite skill of somebody that manipulates food.
Have been to multiple Pinkberry locations used to live in Manhattan. I got the chocolate hazelnut flavor here, which is usually one of my all time favorites, and something was off about it. It was not creamy enough- too icy. Felt like I wasted $6. Disappointing. Don't know that I will go back, at least not without taste testing first.
Great customer service & clean. The staff handle rude or hard to please customers very well. Everytime I go they seem very cheerful & give great suggestions on toppings & samples of yogurts. My favorite yogurt is pomegranate
The mixed berry Greek yogurt smoothie is way too bland. I’m not talking about sweetness, it just lacks a kick over all. Only positive is that it is all natural, just berries, a scoop or two of yogurt, milk and ice.
Always consistently good. Original tart is the signature of Pinkberry! Easy to find in the food court.
Slow, rude, filled cup half full with hollow center. When pointed out they said "that's how we swirl it". Great. Thanks. Will never go back.
Customer service was excellent! I got a strawberry hibiscus tea, it was fantastic!
