All in all, it's not a bad place to eat. Decent and consistent food with a friendly and professional atmosphere every time I go here. My only complaint is never being able to view the menu when going through the drive through. They always have someone posted up with a tablet taking orders instead of letting you get to the sign to order, So I'd caution going there without your mind already made up. There have been numerous times I've gone with someone who hasn't already memorized the entirety of their menu, only to have to add additional items at the window for an extra long wait.
Let me say I love Chick-Fil-A food and I'm going to miss it but I will never go back to this establishment again. I did not end up ordering anything and walked out when I witnessed a manager being very rude to an employee in front of everyone. It was nasty,unacceptable and obviously done very publicly on purpose for attention. This manager didn't stop until the employee was crying...it's was bullying to it's very core.
ordering was very simple, and we got our food super quick, the lady who brought it out’s name was Valerie. We had spilled a drink and she cleaned it up. She was so sweet, sweet as pie, then she gave us our free refills with a great smile on her face. Thank you, Valerie.Food: 5/5
Always satisfied with any purchases we get there. That should express my thoughts. If you haven't tried it then you should. The chicken is great but for me the waffle fries dipped in their sauce is to die for.Food: 5/5
Delicious as always! It's definitely pricey eating here considering the amount of grilled chicken you get but it's so damn good. The waffle fries are some of my favorite fries from a fast food place! The cookies and creme milkshake and diet lemonade are both on point! Thanks Chick-fil-A!Food: 5/5
Had the seasonal peach milk shake and was yummy. We both had salads lettuce fresh .I had the cool and my wise the spicy chicken just the right amount of spicy.Food: 5/5
7/17/23 ordered 5 large fries, got home and they're all half full. I know what you're thinking, but my daughter held the bag in the front seat and I didn't allow anyone to eat them. This has never happened before. What's so upsetting is that my 2 sons have a metabolic disorder that requires them to limit protein intake. So fries are a huge treat for them. We love Chick-fil-A but this was horrible.
Got a 4 piece strip as usual once a month or so, that happens and tried an 8 piece charbroiled nuggets for the dog. I'm not sure what is goin on but is Chick-fil- A using lab grown meat, now? Omg the chicken strips tasted awful! And my dog would not even touch the nuggets and they smelled disgusting. I'm done. I'm sad too cause I have been eating here for years. Its gross now, sad ,sad ,sad.
The parking lot is a total disaster. They need to take all the barricades down and open up the parking lot. We almost get hit by another vehicle trying to maneuver every visit. Only half the parking lot is open and this seems to be a hazard and possibly a lawsuit in the future. Also this location is the only Chic Fil A that has such skimpy portions. The salads have hardly any lettuce. I really wish the owner would pay attention to the chaotic parking lot and skimpy salads. We’re always irritated when leaving this Chic Fil A.
Went through the drive thru, the clerks were very quick and the food hot and delicious, we got chicken tinders and Mac and cheese, very feeling and the price was right.Food: 1/5
