They literally LIED to my face. Telling me they contacted my doctor and got the refill and my prescription would be ready, then when I go to pick it up they say I have to make an appointment. Everytime i go to get my medicine there is ALWAYS an issue! If I could give negative stars I would. Lost my business completely!!!!!
Not sure what is happening here, but as of late scrips take days and sometimes WEEKS to fill. Picking scripts up is a very long wait regardless of day or time. will be finding some better service elsewhere ... even if it costs more
Horrible, Horrible place. Always understaffed, Pharmacist has no discretion with personal information, always a bad time. Don't go here unless you are prepared to stand for hours because I can almost guarantee the drive through will be closed.
Went to pick up my prescription, well past the time I was told it would be ready. Yep.... it wasn't ready. Told I could get it in about 5 hours. Takes 5 hours to count out 60 pills. YIKES!
Incredibly long line only to find my prescription hadn’t been filled yet was 2 days overdue. I understand being short staffed but figure it out; these are necessary prescriptions people need.
If you wanna feel rage, go ahead, try getting your prescription filled at this pharmacy, there are never enough people, my prescription is never ready when they say it will be ready, I am done with this place
Can't get ahold of them try calling all day.. Lied when told my breathing meds would be ready that night it's been three days already having a hard time breathing in lack of my meds.. Very rude when they talk to me.. Thinking about going elsewhere for my future meds.. Very unsatisfied..
I put in a refill order for my son that I definitely needed today at 9:30am. I said I'd pick it up at 5:30pm, they said great. I showed up around 5pm with hopes that it would be ready. Not only was it not ready, but they said they'd have to order it and it would be a few days. That would have been really useful information earlier in the day, so I could seek it out elsewhere. Terrible customer service. They act like their customers are imposing on them. Done with this place.
BEYOND SLOW at one point the woman gathering order stated into the sky then the Pharmacist 30 minutes on order that was supposedly ready pack a lunch you will be waiting a while..never offered apology either
Never had a problem. I see the techs dealing with a lot of idiots, but still give friendly service to all.
