I always have excellent service here. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful today. The chicken sandwich was hot and tasted amazing as they always do! The fries were fresh and hot, too. I tried a cold brew iced vanilla coffee, and It was pretty good. The dining room was clean. We did not check the restrooms, but they have always been clean on our previous visits.
Great place and foods with friends and families. The foods and drinks are A+ and so is service from workers and company.
I ordered the No. 1 Deluxe Chicken meal. This location maintains the high standards set by Chick Fil-A. You can eat a delicious meal and not have to worry about a bad person preparing it. After eating at a nearby table and watching foot traffic, I'm convinced this tiny restaurant is the anchor store in a Covid-blighted mall.
Chicken served hot and fresh, ten minutes after you should have had it. As a side order I had judgmental looks and side eye. Not sure what I expected from the chicken and god store... I guess even the employees have to be uptight.
We ordered a salad with the spicy fried chicken instead of the grilled plain chicken. We've done this many many times without a problem. Not here. The man that took our order did a fine job. It was the people in the back that can't pay attention to detail. Then when they brought it out and we checked it, we saw the mistake and pointed it out. The girl asked if we meant to order a different salad. I said no, we ordered what we wanted we just didn't receive it. So she went in the back and came out and said they would have to make a whole new salad and we would have to wait another 20 minutes. We had already been here for 20 minutes. I said can't you just take a spicy chicken sandwich and break up the patty and she said no. Needless to say we left. We will never return. Also no military discount either.
They were very busy in drive-thru but they have a system so that the drive-thru flows smoothly and gets you through relatively quickly still and their food is so delicious. It is slightly more costly than other fast food places but so worth it.
This Chick-Fil-A was 5 stars for its class, amongst many other things. They opened their doors to 20 hungry high school boys after a soccer match and the service was second to none. Fast. Clean. Friendly. Delicious! You must go!
I went there earlier today while waiting in a ridiculously long line, I decided to observe the workers.. 1 not wearing a hairnet. 2. No beard nets. I don’t want a bearded chicken.. 3. A lady at the cash machine sneezed on her hand and continued on keeping on. This isn’t right up. I probably won’t be back, I’m broke. There may have been hookers involved
Now that the mall has been downsized and redesigned, Chick-fil-A has gotten busier. Always great food, and equally good service. Very nice lounging and eating area right outside the restaurant now with the redesign. Love their fresh chocolate chip cookies!
I come here frequently, The attention is good and the boys are friendly, but today I saw that the person who prepares the sandwiches, already with gloves on, gets down and lifts the mask from the center to talk to a colleague and then touches the food with the same gloves ... I hope they can solve that .. It's not good.
