Quinn, Zach & Katie are absolutely awesome! Miracle Ear in Moline is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever been to for medical help of any kind. They are all so patient, compassionate, and thorough not to mention thier 10 star client service. If you need help of any kind with your ears - this is the place you want to be! This comes from a person who does not do reviews, but, in this case I am simply compelled to tell others about their professional and personal approach to anyone who walks through their doors. Not something to come by easily in this day and age. A small place with a huge benefit to everyone fortunate enough to find them. Thank you Quinn, Zach & Katie!
I got my hearing aids just over a year. ago and love them. However, the left one stopped working and needed needed replaced. Which they did quite promptly. But I had a couple problems going forward. Every time I went in there was a different person working. No one seemed to take much time to be sure they solved the problem. Tonight at 5:30 I went in to get some help with them.Walter worked with me jntil 7:30 to solve the problem. We got it! I reccommend this office to everyone. Zach is greatmeWL
I can’t say enough about Danette Henderson! Not only is she my hearing instrument specialist, but she has become my friend. When I thought that there was no hope for my hearing loss, she connected me to the outside world again! I CAN hear! She listened to what I had to say and she picked out the hearing aid that would work best for me. She is patient and kind, she educates me not only on the hearing aid itself but how I can help myself to hear in different environments. She ALWAYS has my best interest in mind. How do you thank someone enough for helping me get my hearing back? She’s the BEST!
I had worn my aid's into the shower one to many times and they were drenched and I had removed the batteries and put them to their box where they rested for two months. I thought they were shot. But I came here to see if they could be saved. The young service manput them in his super duper drying machine, put new batteries in, checked them on his machine and Wallla they work. The young lady that normally helps me was off with minor surgery.she's great plus pleasant to look at and talk with-ussually good looks and intelligence without hangups 98% of the time don't go hand in hand in the female race. The Sarge excepted! So anyway I've got my ears back and the Sarge is happy. Love this place!
Service was exceptional. Jeanette Henderson is wonderful. Adjusted my hearing aids and explained how to use the app. . Will recommend her to everyone.
