Always so nice! I just got my curbside order and realized I had forgotten to add my sauces and I didn’t get the workers name she had a blue collared shirt that way she can get recognition but she was so sweet and went out of her way to bring my sauces out. It was very disappointing visit. The girl at the register did not get the order complete and forgot to add something to the sandwich that had been ordered. We brought back to the counter and any other place would have apologized for the mistake and fixed the sandwich and called it a day. Not here. The store manager said she had to charge for the item that was forgotten and did not even apologize for the inconvenience.t The manager had a smirk on her face the whole time and had the worst costumer service ever. To top it off, the sandwich was cold, the cheese was not melted and the fries were over cooked and cold. The worst Chick-fil-A I've been to.
I redeem my points for small fries and also add a second small fries gained as a reward and only got one fries. No reward available in my app now. A second person came with only one order of fries and didn't even answer my question regard my points. First bad experience at this lication. Costumer service .Food: 5/5
The food is fine it's Chick-Fil-A, and the issue here is the same as most of their locations. The parking lot layout makes it next to impossible to park and get food. You get stuck behind the drive-through line, it took us 10 minutes to get past the bulk of the line to get to where you can park.Food: 4/5
The food was excellent & the gal who took my order was friendly, helpful & did an outstanding job. The meal of grilled chicken nuggets, waffle fries & unsweetened iced tea was delicious!Food: 5/5
I don’t normally write reviews for fast food restaurants but the customer service I got from this place was crazy. Middle of rush hour in a busy mall food court and they managed to get my meal out in under five minutes. It was the perfect temperature and tasted fantastic, I got a chicken sandwich and some fries and it hit different after a long day at work. The guy who took my order I *think* his name was Lucas or something similar I can’t remember that well is a customer service machine and made just the simple ordering experience so good I will definitely be coming back.
Trust me.. KFCs and Mac Ds are all yesterday’s story.. If you are in the US, Chick-Fil-A is the place to be.. Great ambience, great food, great taste, Super service, extremely clean, fabulous staff.. Chick-fil-A is hands down one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and my recent experience there only solidified that fact. I ordered some nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich, and a Sunjoy drink for myself and my child, and we were both blown away by the quality of the food. The nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the fries were piping hot and seasoned to perfection. The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of toppings, and the Sunjoy drink was the perfect refreshing accompaniment to our meal. But what really sets Chick-fil-A apart, in my opinion, is the level of customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our order was correct. They even went out of their way to accommodate some special requests that we had. Overall, I would highly recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying fast-food meal, with top-notch customer service to boot.
Third time is a charm… not …I had my bf pick it up this time.. still no salad dressing was given to me and meat was added . To the trash it goes thanks again for wasting my money
My kids and I went here because it was in the mall we were shopping in. We were from out of town and very disappointed in there food and service. I paid a little over 30.00 and the sandwichs were cold and also the fries. I took the fries back to the young people working and shared that they were cold and the Kid at the register turned around talking to the other employees like I couldn't even here him. And said yeah if she would get to her food right away and eat it and said yeah the one behind me to everyone because I stepped away from the table for a second to get a smoothie. But it had nothing to do with that because my Kids were eating it already telling me it was Cold when I returned. So yeah I paid that kind of money for cold food! They replaced them and brought them to the table and I called him out for there behavior because it was definitely Rude and uncalled for. Definitely wouldn't returned after that experience. I'm a Waitress and would never treat people in those ways .
