Good service and good food. Their tea is really good--very refreshing, and clearly they keep those urns clean! However, they NEVER have lemons, which is disappointing. They always offer "a splash of lemonade" for the tea, but that means adding sugar or sweetener into my tea, which I can't have and don't want. No, no, just offer real lemons! If you have tea, you really need to offer lemons, too. Come on, CFA. Don't be so cheap--get lemons! Charge .10 a piece or something if you must, but just get them. Thank you :
You know the kind of service chick-fil-a offers. This one is no different. Clean store, good food, and friendly faces. You cannot go wrong with The Lord's Chicken. YUM!
This location in White Settlement, TX was not up to the standards I am normally used to in any state. Ordering our food was fine, except we were told the differences between regular iced coffee, vanilla iced coffee and frozen coffee. Then told they would put extra sugar in bag. When we got our coffees, was not what we were told it would be. We had to ask for more sugar as it was gross tasting. Service is always excellent!
Chick-fil-A, what an experience. The chicken breast was soft and juicy, but because of my salty taste threshold, it was just a tad bit salty for me now, that's just me. That didn't stop me though from gobbling up everything. Overall, a good experience
Ok so I ordered a 2 breakfast combos one with a coffee, 2 more breakfast sandwiches, extra hashbrowns. After getting the stuff home and checking it I just wanted to leave a comment to make sure you guys are doing ok! I ordered 3 hashbrowns and upsized one of them and asked for ketchup. I got one packet... Like maybe charge a little more and give out ketchup a little more freely. I hand out the coffee where I had asked for cream and sugar. There was one creamer and one sugar packet. Guys if you were hurting I would have paid more to get enough to get like a human amount of cream and sugar. Lol
The food is great and consistent with the brand. The only "beef" I had excuse me for that one with the food was that the drinks were served with ALOT of ice. So, there was much less room for the drink purchased. I essentially got a small drink in a big cup. Not a big deal especially since they afford unlimited refills. The real problem was cleanliness. Staff did not seem to diligently clean the sitting areas, carpet or entrance. The restroom was also lacking in the cleanliness department as noted in the pictures that I have uploaded. The personnel was quite friendly.
Absolutely disgusting!!! My son was eating a chicken nugget and found a finger nail in his food. Will never go back to the white settlement location ever again!
Most friendly! And they put strawberries only in the fruit cups for our allergy-ridden daughter! Wonderful location. Also found out that their playground is open again!
The nuggets were chewy, not tender and melting in your mouth like they are usually, so except for this experience I give them 4 only because the drive through line is so long, but that's not necessarily a bad thing it means everyone thinks the food is a 5 and I agree.
