The Core is not a gym.
It's a place like minded people come to train.
Egos are unwelcome here. For the most part we are a group of ordinary people who enjoy training with one another.
No one here is interested in how much you lift or how fast you can finish a workout. We train to improve our lives with workouts that challenge without pushing us beyond our limits.
Contrary to popular belief pain and suffering are not necessary for improvement. However if suffering and discomfort is your thing, we can certainly accommodate.
