I will never recommend this place to anyone. The first and last appointment was great. They treated my kids great and my girls loved it. There is some dental work for my girls that needs to be done and they told me if they started to have any pain to call. 3 weeks ago my youngest started having pain in her one tooth so i called. No answer. Called again the next day and got in contact with someone and they said I needed to just give her Tylenol until her procedure. I didn’t like that answer so I called for 2 weeks with no answer until someone answered and he said he would put a note on file because the front end wasn’t answering him either. Seems like you only want to call people when they have a balance or you want the money for a procedure. Absolutely the worst.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! I repeat DO NOT take your children here!!! This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrible place. My at the time almost a year old had her very first dental appointment here and it was not a good experience! We were locked in a room for over 40 minutes. Now note she was a baby who didn’t even walk yet. The only thing to do was crawl around on the floor. Then someone came in to clean her teeth for like 5 seconds and then we waited again for who knows how long. Finally the dentist came in, put her head in his lap and looked in her mouth. Neither people were friendly whatsoever. Neither tried to make her feel comfortable. Needless to say we never went back again!!
*Update to the response from them* The first time I went into the office to request the X-rays they printed them on paper for me but they were blurry so no one could really read them well but they said they would email them to me but they just have lost the release form I signed because they never got emailed. I called multiple times after that and they said the would send me another form to sign to email them but never got that either. I finally was able to go in person again and sign a form but when I called on the status of the X-rays being sent they said they didn’t have the form. A lady on the call service finally emailed the supervisors and her supervisor and said I would have my X-rays by noon that day, but all they sent was the release form form for me to sign again and not the X-rays. My dad who is a dentist but not close enough for us to go to regularly and my dentist both found no work to be done on my kids after this office was saying they all needed work done. Terrible experience. Kids went back alone for 2 hours. Then they told me that between all 3 of my kids who have never had anything wrong with their teeth needed $700 worth of work done my part to pay after insurance from cavities and a crown that needed to be done..but the dentist never talked to me or showed me any X-rays. I requested their X-rays for almost two months to take to a new dentist and never got them. Finally just paid for new X-rays at the new dentist and they couldn’t find any work that needed to be done on the kids and didn’t know why they were saying they had cavities and a crown that needed to be done. So untrustworthy.
I am very disappointed with my experience. My daughter had an appointment booked months in advance. My fiance and I altered our schedules for said appointment. I also received confirmation before the appointment just for my fiance to go there with several parents who had the same time and the doors were closed. Then, they were told via a parent calling the office that staff did not show up and we received notification that it was canceled which was untrue. There was no communication or even an attempt to reschedule. They show up to a business that was closed. Absurd, unprofessional, and a lack of consideration for others.
Great place for children's dental! The hygienist and the dentist the whole team is amazing with children. They explain everything to your child and walk them through everything before they do anything. I couldn't be happier with the way my boy was taken care of. Thank you so much
My husband went in there today for my kids to be seen. First he’s always filling out the forms for every appt. Second they took for ever to be seen. One of the workers was quick to clean my sons teeth not even doing it right and walked right out. Then he had to wait for a total two hours to be seen. So I’m going to start to look elsewhere because this is unacceptable.
Never again! My mother-in-law took my daughter to her appointment as I had to work, to only be told that the appointment had been canceled. What a waste of time! Never received a cancellation call or automatic text. Her appointment was rescheduled. Today, they go back for that appointment just to be forgotten in one of the rooms for 2 HOURS! This is so unprofessional and I will not have my daughters waste their time at this place again.
Two weeks in a row, we show up to be sent home because they are short staffed. I wouldn’t be unhappy if we were to have received a call but we are actually showing up making arrangements with work schedules to get there to be sent away. Today I was told they have one more appointment I have to take or I have to wait until March for my child’s teeth cleaning?? Do not come here.
Absolutely horrible! They constantly cancel appointments and then can’t rebook them for 5-6 months later! Dr. Silpa yells and gets nasty with my Autistic son. They have sent a memo to the orthodontist three times now that told them to take off the wrong brackets so my daughter could get a cavity filled. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Immediately switching! Horrible!!!!!!
My daughter had an 8:30 Appointment. We arrived promptly. At 9:00 a patient's parents went to the desk to complain. About 3 minutes later, the "manager" came and grabbed me and my daughter. She was apologizing up and down about how they only have one dentist and the other hygienists accidentally were grabbing the 9 o'clock appointments ahead of the 8:30 appointments, but she would get us out. I told her we were patient, and it's ok. Another 30 minutes went by waiting in the room and I decided it was time to reschedule since we had other places to go. I stood up and the manager ran over with a tray to start the cleaning. I asked how long it would take and she said the cleaning would not take long but waiting for the dentist would take a lot longer. We decided to reschedule. As we were walking back to the desk, she proceeded to apologize and let me know that they were still working on getting 8 o'clock appts in. I thought you said the hygienists started on the 9 o'clock appts? Caught them in a fib. Oh well... fibbing to make a customer happy... I get it. But then I went to reschedule. The lady behind the desk looked at my daughters file and said, nothing bad on here, her next appt is in January. I said, ma'am, she has never been seen before. I need to reschedule her first appointment. She said again, nothing bad notated on her file, her appointment in January is fine. I had enough. I walked out. I cannot deal with incompetence.
