Children's Dentistry of Passaic

Very first time at a pediatric dentist so I was apprehensive. My child and I had a good experience. Receptionist knew who I was when I walked in and the staff were friendly. Small waiting room but it was clean and they have crayons and play sets. The dentist was gentle and very nice. She pointed out one of my concerns, which I was very pleased that she noticed and mentioned it. My guards are down with this place. I am more comfortable now taking my child to her next visit.

Dr. Padma Joshi, DDS is the best dentist. She is very gentle, professional and great with kids. My son has been going to her office for 13years. All staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Children’s Dentistry of Passaic.

It was my first time here with my son. Registration was smooth. I Was in and out within 30 minutes. The wonderful lady Martha was so nice and helpful in ensuring my son was comfortable since it was his first visit to a dentist office . She was so nice and patient! Thank you so much Martha ! You are amazing . The dentist joshi was super nice as well . Very happy I choose this place!!

Excellent place to send your kids. No long waiting time. Excellent staff and very professional

MATHA or ANNA? is the lady who with very bad attitude I've never seen such a bad front desk. Every time answer the phone, just want to quarrel with you. It's horrible. How can someone with such an attitude be an operator and claim to be a manager? How can such a person manage a business? she just wanted the clinic to be out of business, I will tell my all friend don’t go this place anymore ;so disappointed

Poor etiquette on the phone. My children appointment was originally at 12:30 and I received a call it was at 1:30 on the day to confirm it. On the same day of my appt I called to confirm and I was told my appt was at 1pm. Then I did not show for the appointment and the receptionist called several times and had the audacity to call me a lier over the phon. She was rude and disrespectful. I will never make an appointment at this place ever again. They have great doctors but their staff need some training on how to communicate with people.

Tried making a appointment for my children and whoever picked up the phone acting as if though I was bothering her, I declined due to if they have staff with horrible customer service I can’t imagine how they treat their patients . Being nice goes a long way!!

Dr Sharmila Gyanchand DDS. Is very rude. She has no bedside matter with her patients. Beware if they make a mistake with any appts. She’ll get upset Amd treats the patient poorly. She literally walked out of the room with out saying a word when she was done with my appt.

Both of my kids been coming here for 8 years Dr.Sharmila Gyanchand DDSDr.G is an amazing Doctor and the staff are very professional, little bit of advice for the people that wrote the bad reviews "in life you get what you put in".maybe you should be a little more nicer and understanding and you might get the same respect in return!

I had an appointment for my daughter in April n they cancelled. When I called to reschedule they told me they would call me to reschedule but never did. I called to on July 18 n they have nothing till September. I asked if they could fit her in sooner bc it was their error n the young lady told me I colud have called them but I did n they told me they would call me. Now I have to look for another dentist bc over a month is way too long too wait for an appointment that should have been in April.
