This office sucks. They are unprofessional, they never have consistent doctors, you are always seeing someone different and the doctors have so many "family emergencies" that they end up cancelling everyone's appointments last minute, and im talking the DAY OF!! One surgeon pulled out my wisdom tooth and he burned me with the burr tool on the side of my lip & chin, i documented all of it. I had to get bacitracin ointment from my PCP. According to the surgeon it was an accident cause my "mouth is too small so it was in his way?!" Other than that, the girls there are very polite. Its the doctors and whoever manages them that make this office a terrible place. Especially being located in a town full of minorities, malpractice goes unnoticed.
Went to go get my wisdom teeth taken out and Dr. Porcray not sure if i spelled it right took both bottom and top teeth out in under 10 min with little if not no pain at all. Very professional and nice people.
Went here for the first time for my Dental Cleaning. My appointment was for 2pm and they didn't take me into the room until 3pm. They took xrays and then waited another half hour until I got my cleaning. The dentist did a good job and was informative. It was just a long wait time which is why I give 3 stars.
I waited 1 month for my appt. Mind you I had told them That I was in pain. However they are the only office that excepts my ins. I waited 2 hours to be seated. The male assistant was typing in the computer with gloves on and he called the another assistant from the other room to help him. When he was going to take my xray I had to ask him to please change his gloves. He left the room and that's when I notice all the blood on several places. He proceeded to rummage through a basket full of xray holders. They are suppose to be in autoclave bags and sterilized.I walked out. I would not recommend this office. The staff my be nice but the treatment rooms are not cleaned properly. And with this pandemic sterilization should be their #1 priority.I notified the proper authorities. By the way I was a dental assistant/ insurance coordinator for 30 years so I am very aware of my surroundings in a dental office. SHAME ON YOU !
Doctor Roby was very professional. Did a beautiful job on whiting my teeth. Very happy. I recommend if u want your teeth whiting u should go see Doc Roby .thanks Doctor Roby
Waste of time. Too much waiting even though with appointments. Waiting to see the Dentist and more waiting for xrays
Horrible, unprofessional, lack of communication are a few words that I use to describe this establishment. Appointment for 10am, you'll be seen at 11:30am. Fair warning, don't waste your time.
Excellent.!! I love this place. I got three of my wisdom teeth removed in December 2019. It was a week before my finals. Since everything went smooth, and I took the proper care following teeth extraction, I was able to study for my finals and get good grades. I went for a dental cleaning the other day and then last wisdom tooth which is impacted started bothering me. Dr was careful and considerate, and she tried to do much as she can. When I told her it was painful, she told me to come for another appointment after I get the wisdom teeth removed. I got appointment for oral surgeon very soon. The girls upfront are lovely and sweet. Strongly recommend.
Wait time is ridiculous,1-2 hours even for a simple cleaning, don't waste your time, not worth it.
This place is terrible in so many ways, avoid it at all costs. They overbook on purpose because they expect people not to show up but in my experience that doesn't usually happen. Expect to wait at least an hour after your agreed upon appointment time. The surgeon they used to take out my wisdom tooth was an absolute butcher. He ripped it out and lost a piece of it inside and had to dig around in my jaw for 10 minutes. He then told me to go home and it should stop bleeding in 20 minutes. It did not stop so I tried calling the office but no answer and they did not have an emergency line. I ended up bleeding for 8 hours and the office did not help at all. Side note: the guy stank of sweat and it was uncomfortable to breath while he was near me. The dentist was not much better. After an hour and a half wait she ended up filling the wrong tooth. I had to go back again after a week of pain to have them redo it. Thankfully it was a somewhat competent Dr the second time. For your own sake, find a different dentists office. There are many in the area.
