So glad it is here and open on weekends! However, the online appointment system doesn’t work. Staff knows this but there isn’t much they can do about it. It’s a UPMC IT problem. We registered ahead for a 12:09 slot and we’re supposed to be 3rd in line. When we got there, they had a paper sign-in sheet and went straight down the list. So preregistration didn’t mean anything.
