My daughter's appointment today was awesome. We showed up 20 min early and were taken in 15 min early. The office was busy, but they were properly staffed with a very happy and nice staff, and my daughter was seen and got her cleaning and teeth imaging done all while waiting to see the Dentist. The Dentist was very nice and personable, and made us feel welcome. We arrived at 240p and were walking out at 315p. Super fast and thorough service. An amazing visit. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
My son's first appointment was amazing! They treated him very well and guided him through everything. He was nervous, but after Kayla handled his teeth cleaning, Raquel did his x-rays, and he was examined by Dr. Honey, he's stating "I ready to go back tomorrow" lol. Thank you to that awesome team up there!!!!
Came in with my son for his first ever Dental experience and I loved it here. Friendly staff very professional & clean place . Dr James was very helpful answered all my questions and concerns. Special thank you to Raquel the assistant for making my son feel comfortable. 10/10
I have never felt so comfortable and so satisfied like I do here this is my daughters first appointment and not only have the girls been amazing but Dr. Sara has a way with kids I’ve never seen. This will be my permanent pediatric dentist for her.
First time visiting a dentist for my grandchildren, and they loved it. There was zero anxiety that normally comes with visiting the dentist. Everyone was super friendly. The environment was the best, and I like the fact that it was set up in a way that children feel more comfortable, so they weren’t put in exam rooms, there’s actually like a big open area where they visit the dentist.
We have been bringing our kids here and we like it. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a television on each chair for the kids to watch a movie while they are getting work done on them, and they also have a television in the waiting area for everyone to watch. Our kids get happy when they know they are going to the dentist. That is how good they are.
This place is only for check ups. My son needed a tooth pulled and fillings but they didn’t do anything. They said if I wanted any of that, I can make an appointment for it. Went up to the front to make an appointment and they did bother. They didn’t ask. They said it was simply through text message. Got home and they sent a message for next year. I left so confused. Straight up wasted time going to this place.
It was a great first appointment for my baby! Dr. was super nice and quick took my lunch break for the appointment the only thing is you’ll be waiting past your appointment for other families to get x-ray before they can take you in even if you got there before your scheduled time I had a 9 month old who had no chill waiting to be called which is the only reason I didn’t really like waiting 25 minutes past our appointment. Overall I would 100% recommend. Clean facility and all smiles with the facility!!
My autistic 3 year old son needed some serious dental work. Not once did any of the dentists make me feel negligent, or ashamed for poor dental hygiene. Instead, they offered me tips on how to properly brush his teeth when he resists/gags/and gets petrified from sensory issues. I was told to treat his teeth we would have to wait until September 3 months away, as their anesthesiologist was fully booked, and to fully treat him with his sensory issues he would need anesthesia. I then expressed my concerns, afraid his teeth would worsen in three months. They referred me to a dentist in Bakersfield, who they are not affiliated with as that facility would be able to take my son in faster than they could. I immediately called the dentist they referred me to, and we were taken in, in about a week. My son needed serious dental work. The purpose of this review is that the dentists here care about THEIR PATIENTS. They do not shame or judge parents, but offer sincere tips to help little ones. They do not look at our children as profit; instead they see them as little people who need help, and how they can help them. We have a follow up next week and look forward to maintaining a healthy teeth lifestyle!!
Prior to the renovations the entire staff has always been efficient and provided quality care to my now 4 year old. But now with the renovations, it has made the process even 10x better! I enjoy the convenience of everything. Thank you for the best 2 years
