I absolutely love coming here. Everything is always explained so well to me about every thing that ever goes on. Jen at the front desk is always always very kind and welcoming. She makes sure everything is exactly the way it needs to be and it’s very much appreciated. The dentist is amazing and very gentle and listens to any concerns or questions you may have. Everyone is on top of their game here and I don’t ever wish to go to another dentist office if I can ever help it.
If I was allowed to leave zero stars I sure would. I am not one to leave negative reviews and bash businesses for the policies however I strongly feel this policy is beyond absurd. My daughter was brought to this establishment by her Grandmother. She had a painful took that needed repaired. As soon as the rather rude lady up front found out that my Mother was only the Grandmother she would not allow her to be treated. She then proceeded to dig deeper finding out that I have custody, and have since she was 2 now 15 yet she wants legal paperwork stating this. Legal paperwork. I have her enrolled in school as well as carry her insurance and have never showed anyone anything like what she's requesting yet for some poorly run, dirty dental office with only one dentist that stays booked out for months because they take government insurance I need to supply it. Absolutely not. Gone are the days this dirt ball central, extraction happy dentist is the only one who takes medicaid people. Do better for your children and take them to a facility that has employees who want to be at work. Who genuinely want to help your child. Not one that will allow a technicality stand in the way of pain relief for a child even after being offered a note of permission or verbal permission and no this was not stated when appointment was made. Columbia has a gorgeous dental facility, Patient First Dental. That takes all insurance and also bases charges off income if you don't have coverage. Check them out. I can guarantee if this is the treatment you are used to that you will be blown away.
Beyond annoyed. After my appointment they told me to call back in 2 weeks. I have been calling and leaving voice-mails for more then a month now. No one answers or calls back. I get they're short staffed but atleast tell me you can't help me so I can continue on and find another dentist office. Not to mention he was extremely rough on my cleaning and didn't do a good job but because I'm desperate for a dentist I kept coming.
Absolutely LOVE the staff here!! Drove an hour to come here because they are absolutely the best! From their warm welcome, to their helpfulness getting all the info they needed and the ease and professionalism with which they handled my procedure from beginning to end- the very best! I’d recommend them to everyone!!
Must read review! So I was a former client of the Harrisburg office which was a nightmare! The staff were horrible the customer service was so bad and the work done was damaging! Given this I had a few consultations else where and it wasn’t what I imagined my dental provider to be. So with reconsideration I tried a different Dental Dreams York and let me tell you… this ladies exceeded all expectations! I was a bit worried when I called and couldn’t get through so I stopped by and noticed Jen was in the office with multiple patients, and in each interaction it was soooo personable while handling multiple things at once. I think I even asked her if she was or became overwhelmed reassuring me she was ten yeared and knows the ropes which clearly she did. The exam I had scheduled for my daughter and I online was dated extremely far out in my error, instantly when I explained my situation she found room with in a weeks time to get my daughter and I seen! At our next appointment we were super excited to see Jen again of course due to the personalized experience but it was her day off none the less the ladies from behind the counter to the dental assistants & the dentist himself were AMAZING! They took their time comforted my daughter & myself while having some laughs and feeling even better after leaving! If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly dentist! All dental dreams offices should mimic this location complete night and day from my experience in Harrisburg!
I needed to have a tooth pulled so I called mid afternoon and left a message adding that I would be a new patient. 25 minutes later I got a call back and was told that there was an opening later that afternoon if I was interested and then I gave them my information. At the appointment everything ran as smooth as clockwork from the desk to the x-rays and then the extraction. The nurses and the dentist all did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for any better. I really can't say enough about the staff and my overall experience with them. And the icing on the cake is that there was no pain during or after. I would definitely refer them to anybody.
I went to the York office and I had Jen helping me at the front desk and she was great! She helped me with what I needed and answered all questions! And the Dentist we seen was Dr. Okoli or Ikoli not sure of spelling but he was amazing with my kids and they had such a great visit!
Went in for my children’s regular checkup and cleaning. Saw two different Dentists both were great & the Dental Assistants who assisted the Doctors were very friendly . Dentists did a very good job on my children’s cleaning . Staff were welcoming and professional . Thank you
Location clean. Receptionist, friendly. Both dental assistants were patient and kind, when informing me of everything they were doing and why it was done. Dentist, gentle and thorough. Appointment, PAINLESS! Thank you, guys, for assisting me with caring for myself!
Terrible experience. Really zero stars. Demand X-rays every visit without a choice to deny. Refused to see if no X-rays. Claim it’s company policy when none of the paperwork says so. Very rude and not patient friendly. I thought I get to choose what happens to my body. False advertising on multiple statements. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend.
