Childrens Dental Associates

I found this office through my insurance provider list. The staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Parish and the hygeinist are seasoned kid-people! They know how to talk to the kids about what is going to happen. Dr. Parish is friendly, but also quick and no-nonsense, so there's not really any time to be nervous about the procedure. We have been able to get in quickly when needed. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am writing this years later, as now I am 21 and have experienced what good dentists are supposed to be like. Every procedure I have had has been extremely painful. I would speak up about my discomfort and was ignored. I had to get one of my top molars pulled by her; one of the most painful experiences of my life, both mentally and physically. I was screaming and crying because I could feel absolutely everything, I even tried pulling her hands away when she was ignoring me, but she continued on anyway and told me to put my hands down, pushing me away. A couple days after having the tooth pulled, I found a broken piece of that tooth was still lodged in my gums and pulled it out myself. She has absolutely no patience. Whatever you do, do NOT take your child to see Dr. Parrish. Absolutely unprofessional.

Called 3 times to schedule an appointment, never received a call back and was told I would get a call back. Very unprofessional, not worth the time

She gave my a different procedure than we came in for. I said I was sitting in the room. Why wouldn't you tell me that you were doing something different. She said yeah. You saw what I was doing so I thought you knew. What? Why would I know what the procedure looks like? Never again. Another mom friend had a similar experience where she completely neglected the child's dental needs.

Absolutely unprofessional! I drive far for my child to go to a pediatric dentist we got all the way out here and they tell me his appointment is a week too early. Didn't say anything on the phone when I talked to them no phone call email nothing to let me know this until I got there. Took my child out of school early for this absolutely ridiculous.

We love Dr. Brown at Children’s Dental Associates. I’ve been bringing my children here for around 6 years and have always had a good experience. They’re friendly, work well with the kids and have a comfortable environment. We always leave smiling! No pun intended!

My kids always look forward to their visit with Dr. Sue!! she is wonderful and very patient with my children. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.. Thanks Dr. Sue
