We may also ask you to wash your hands, request you wait in a treatment room or your vehicle instead of the waiting room, or request that you call in payment after your appointment. Very good experience. Robin, the dental hygienist, was very professional and forthcoming with information as to what she was doing, etc. She coordinated an unexpected filling that was finished within the time of the visit along with Dr. Crane and Amanda. Dr Crane was very thorough and worked until the filling was perfect. As an aside, her hands and fingers are on the small side so they are perfect for a dentist. Her work was very comfortable which kept me relaxed as she progressed through the exam and filling procedure. The timing was perfect for me because, fortunately, there was enough time to complete the filling all in one quick trip so I did not have to make another appointment, etc., etc,. Also, they told me the cost of the entire procedure upfront which worked out perfect for my budget. All-in-all it was a great and timely appointment.
I’ve been a patient here for over 21 years. I will admit there was a rough patch during the transition for couple of years after Dr. Oswick’s retirement and I thought about leaving but Sue at the desk is one of my favorite people! My experience today was wonderful! Dr. Crane is professional and kind. His treatment is conservative with no pressure to do unnecessary work or to sell me cosmetic treatments which I truly appreciate!
Our entire family goes to the Smile Team. Dr Crane and his team are very attentive to their patients’ comfort, understanding of procedures, and challenging schedules. We never feel like we are on a patient merry-go-round. He has called me after hours to check on how i was feeling after a procedure. The quality of care, service, and follow-up is second to none. Dr Crane use the latest in dental related electronics to map your teeth and can show 3D imaging to the patient with the swipe of a finger on a screen. We cannot recommend Dr Crane and his team highly enough.
Dr Crane is an excellent dentist. He is knowledgeable, personable, and experienced but not old or practicing with outdated equipment. The assistants are caring and compassionate as well. I searched a long time for a competent dentist in my area and I was surprised at the amount of hacks out there. I’m keeping Dr Crane.
Went to see the team with a broken tooth and was so nervous. My experience was absolutely amazing! The whole staff was very kind and compassionate. Could not have asked for a better dental experience and would recommend them very, very highly! Dr. Crane, Sue and Amanda, you are fantastic!
They would quote me one deductible price and then bill me for more later saying it was an issue with my insurance. Funny, my current dentist never had an issue. Plus I think they were doing more than necessary just for the money. What they did, the did well enough. Although, I ended up needing a root canal after one of the fillings they gave me didn't quite work out. I went to a different dentist for the root canal. Also I was told I needed filling replacements but when I got a second opinion I was told my teeth are fine. I can't give them a bad review but I can't in good conscience give them a good one either. I'm sure they will probably look my name up but it's a pseudonym. Just beating them to the "we don't see you as a former patient but please call us with concerns" spiel that more companies use. Stop overcharging your patients and giving false quotes. It's not a great look.
Dr. Brandon Crane and all of Your Smile Team’s members are knowledgeable and friendly! Everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and welcomed during my appointment. This office couldn’t have given us a better doctor after the retirement of Dr. Oswick! Warmest welcome to Dr. Crane! Your Smile Team is fresh and better than ever!!!!
They all are friendly but most of all they care about what they do. I feel dr Crane is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I am 64 and have been to a lot. I don’t feel he tries to take you for all the money he can get out of you but he takes pride in what he does and makes sure things are done correctly. He really cares about his patients.
I found my experience today to be comfortable and informing. The dentist and hygienist are very good and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the experience. The Doctor was straight forward with me and took the time to listen to what I had to say.
The doctor here is great at what he does! I never felt any pain when I was getting dental work done. HOWEVER, this poor rating is based off of the horrible experience I had when it came to Billing. I was told what the insurance company would will pay and what I need to pay out-of-pocket then a week later would get an additional bill on what the insurance did NOT pay like they had “quoted”. I was being billed on what they assumed insurance would pay. After dealing with the rude employees and almost 4 months of getting the correct billing when I went to pay my final bill I asked to use two cards for payment. $200 on discover and $164 on debit. I was then charged $364.00 on discover and $164 on debit. No phone call of the mistake but an email saying sorry and it would be refunded. Personally a phone call would’ve been more appreciated as it was alarming to see the full amount charged to credit and I didn’t get the email until after I called them back. In the end, Your Smile Team, is not going to receive any further business from me and I am looking for a new dentist.
