Left a message to be contacted about a bill a week later called back on a Friday the next week was told she doesn't work on Fridays. The office manager...that is. Previously before this my daughters teeth was pulled without laughing gas but was told it would be given to her and was billed for it. My daughter has Tenncare and all work has to be pre approved as this is procedure. They pulled the tooth the same day we spoke about it and charged me for it to unbeknownst to me. Received the bill in the mail for the first time 2 weeks ago with a 90 day past due in the heading. Don't go to this place save you a headache. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORTHODOX. If no stars was allowed I would omit it.

My daughter had a dentist appointment here and when we arrived it was the most unprofessional and unsanitary place I’ve been to in a while , staff members seemed as if they didn’t want to be at work and after waiting for over an hour of our initial appointment we left just walking and seeing everyone sitting on the floor as if it was a sleepover made it very uncomfortable. This place definitely has violations.

I made an emergency appointment due to excruciating pain that was later determined to be an abscess. I was refused treatment and sent away because I’m 8 weeks pregnant. They wanted a doctors note from an OBGYN doctor that won’t see me because I am too early in my pregnancy. I went to the emergency room that they recommended to me, where I sat in excrutiating pain for four additional hours. The emergency room couldn’t help me because I needed a dentist, not an ER. Despite being guaranteed by this clinic that no other dentist would see me without an impossible to obtain dr note, I finally called more dentists and was able to find relief for my abscess ten hours later from a compassionate clinic with common sense. My blood pressure and pain levels were off the chart by that time. I regret trusting this office with my well being. It was inhumain to refuse service to me.

We were traveling through Nashville when my son started saying he had tooth pain. We got an appointment within an hour. The staff was helpful and quick to help us and friendly. If we lived here we would definitely come back for additional visits.

Love the doctors but the employees and front desk are very unprofessional and have smart mouth and rude. Look like they don’t care about their job one bit. Won’t be returning.

My son has an appointment to be scheduled for surgery it's been almost 4montha now and I never been seen aging I call numerous times and they always say the doctor not in and theysay never received my call or voicemail one even said that they don't even know where thier voicemail go to respetiones rude AF

The people at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional.. I've been lied too and hung up on.. I would not recommend anyone go there. The lady at the front desk is so rude and ghetto and acts like a ghetto hood rat from the projects.

They rude and disrespectful!!! They was suppose to come get my children and didnt come... I called and they hung up on me .. I called back and ask to speak to someone in charge they said nobdy was there.. Worst denist ever..!!!!

Nope my kids will not return the women who cleaned their teeth wAs rude an sooooo unprofessional I understand people have bad days but she went as far as being ruff on my kids teeth bad experience we want return

horrible customer service and my fill in came out after a few months of getting them. i now have a hole in my tooth and am trying figuring out a different dentist to go to.
