Green Dental

This was thee most pain-free experience I have EVER had in my entire life..and I am not exaggerating!! After searching for a dentist for months, I’d made an appointment with Dr. Green’s office. I’m pleased to say that his staff was nice and cordial over the phone, and was just as professional & friendly in person. Upon my visit, I’d already known that there was a good chance of there being a cavity in my tooth and once Dr. Green saw it-he immediately got on. Unbeknownst to me though he’d already numbed me up, filled the hole AND completed the job-without ANY pain or discomfort!! Totally a win in my book!!! Definitely blessed to find him as my new dentist!!

They are friendly and prompt... There wasn't a long wait if not any... I'm happy with the service that I've received and it's ethnicity.

Great customer service, they were able to get me in within a couple of days of calling. Everyone was so nice on the phone and in person. Very professional, clean, and over all a great atmosphere. The day of my appointment they sent a text reminding me of the time, they even called and said I could come in early that was a plus. I was expressed because I wasn't there a hour and had my tooth problem fixed and gone. I would higy recommend Green Dental to anyone because I had the best experience. Also the two young ladies wondered assisting with helping me they were phenomenal didn't get there names but they were amazing.

Today was my 3rd or 4th visit within the last two years. Each time, I felt like I was being handled and treated with such car. I called today for a cleaning and they saw me within an hour! Erica is amazing, very knowledgeable and a straight shooter when it comes to getting your health in tact. Dr. Green is caring, truthful and more than willing pass his expertise on what should be done in any situation. Dr. Sims is amazing as well. They all have and continue to change my life!

I was trying to make an appointment, as a new patient and the receptionist instead of asking for my full name and name of the insurance company was asking me who was my employer, to verify if I have money to pay. I explained her that I had my insurance and I can give it to her but she was keep asking who was my employer which makes no sense to me, I told her that no other dental clinic asked me who was my employee and she said that’s the way they do. After I submitted this review doctor called me I didn’t answer but he left a voicemail asking that the receptionist said that I called to ask questions about my insurance, I never said that I was just calling to make an appointment for a cleaning, and I was trying to give her my insurance information but she kept asking me about who was my employer. Now, you said that I gave a fake review, this is not fake, I was never rude to her, So if I was that rude to her why did you called back to me, I would never call back to someone that was rude to my employees, I even asked her if I could speak with someone else about it, she said No, did she mentioned that to you? And I didn’t answer the phone because I was at work. I know the coverage of my insurance and also called my insurance to verify if your office was in or out network. But anyway thanks

Unhappy with how the visit went. I didn't feel that Dr. Green took the proper time to explain what was truly going on. I was left confused and felt like I was treated like a nobody. Response to their comment... First off, could potentially be a HIPAA violation for disclosing a patient's medical history. I never mentioned my anxiety was due to a dental visit. I have a degree in Psychology. Effective communication and full transparency is key to helping calm a patient versus getting them out of there as fast as possible and confused. When in doubt, take the time to ask. That in itself shows that the patient matters. It goes a long way. And by the way... I did call to ask questions, and I was left with no answers by the person answering the phone. Maybe Dr. Green needs to take the time to answer those questions himself instead of someone without a medical degree speculating, and not even offering to get the correct information for the patient.

Jonathan Green and his assistant were overbooked today and they put other patients before me despite the fact that I had an appointment. There were two men that came in there that did not have an appointment. He also did not start on the procedure that he said he would. Overall, the service was unprofessional and I am not satisfied with the way things were handled.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the care and warmth of Green Dental's staff. They were very thorough in my teeth cleaning and offered explanation and a solution on some tooth sensitivity I was experiencing. I would highly recommend Dr. Green and his team of women. They all provided exceptional, friendly service!

Every time I visit Green Dental, it is a phenomenal experience. I got some VERY bad news about my teeth yesterday. Information that made me really emotional. Dr. Green was so supportive. He even gave me a big hug as I stood there melting into a pool of tears. His staff was also very kind and got me a referral to an oral surgeon for the very next day. I had my surgery and now will get the rest of the work done at Green Dental. I have a lot of trust in their skills and what they do and I feel so comfortable when I’m there. That’s a really huge deal for me because I am terrified about going to the dentist. I would honestly recommend Green Dental to anyone. They’re amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust and who will give you the very best care, look no further!

A strong team of professional young ladies at the dental office! Teamwork, unity, and a comfortable environment!!! You don’t find that experience often! Also, S/O to Dr. Sims for being gentle with that extraction, wasn’t bad at all as I thought it would be!! And thank you to Dr. Greene for helping me get setup with my appt. and everything!! Wonderful atmosphere, love to see it!!!
