We came in late. I didn’t realize it was almost closing. They were cordial and accommodating. The food was well priced and large portions. The waitress was very sweet and assured us there was no hurry. It was a pleasant experience.
Delicious food and very nice staff! They have great vegan options, their tofu is perfectly fried and their veggie potstickers are amazing! Definitely recommend
I took my wife and mother there just the other day. The food was excellent, we got the build your own trio, with general sao chicken, beef and broccoli and fried rice, it was soooo good :-D Kid-friendliness: Grand kids loved it when they went. Parking: Plenty of parking
My boyfriend ordered food from this restaurant for my birthday tonight and it was amazing!!! He must have let them know it was my birthday because they wrote me nice notes and drew me a balloon : I’ve always loved China Delight but tonight they really made my night special : Thanks!!!
I love China D! Same wonderful food as always, don't let the age of the restaurant fool you, the food is still fantastic! Get the sesame tempeh, some brown rice, the hot & sour soup, and enjoy the happy flavors in your mouth.
I've been going to China Delight as far back as I can remember. The servings are good sized, and generally pretty tasty if you like sweeter Chinese styles of food. Personal favorites are the foil chicken appetizer, the general tso's chicken, and the sesame chicken combo. The wonton is also pretty good.
This food was super good and definitely on point for vegetarians too. Their pork and Kung Pow chicken was super good too. One of the greatest things about this place is the price, the lunch prices are very competitive and even their dinner too. There are healthy options and the staff members are great! Staff: 5/5 personally attend to each customer Products: 5/5 great products with good options made fresh Health: 5/5 they have healthy options and vegetarian options with tofu and more Facility: 5/5 clean and well organized Location: 5/5 easy to get to with parking in the garage in the front
Well I pretty much went to China D that night to gamble and did surprisingly well. I do not play VP that often only when I'm feeling a certain way. I usually win and then cash out and I'm done. Lord knoes times are hard these days...and black girl needs that money! I hardly drink once in a blue moon when I'm feeling that certain way I get a hankering to get my swerve on a lil bit as I did the other night. I asked Nate the bartender of he could make a caribou lou and he could... it was more than perfect! Nate provided great service...I came up and had the exact kinda timi was looking for. winning!!!
My wife had a 3-item combination plate, with Sweet & Sour Pork, Orange Chicken, Deep Fried Shrimp, fried rice and Egg Flower Soup; and a glass of tea. She said the Egg Flower Soup was great, but the sauce for the Sweet & Sour Pork had an odd taste and her glass of tea smelled kind of fishy. I got a 3-item combination plate, with General Tsao Chicken, Orange Chicken, Deep Fried Shrimp, Hot & Sour Soup and pan-fried noodles; and a TsingTao beer. I had never had a TsingTao beer before; and it was not over-powering and had a light mild taste that went well with the meal. The General Tsao Chicken, Orange Chicken and Deep Fried Shrimp were all fairly tasty, but the pan-fried noodles were limp and tasted oily, like they might have been cooked in a pan with too low of heat. The Hot & Sour Soup was really good, though. What we noticed when we first walked into the restaurant, other than we were the only customers in the restaurant, was an odd smell; which was possibly some type of cleaner, to comply with health and safety requirements for restaurants due to the unprecedented times we are in; and I would have given this a 3.5 star rating instead of a 4, but opted for 4 instead of 3 because of the location of the restaurant and the fact that many people considering eating here would appreciate that they have large portions and modest prices see the pictures of the menu and specials. Plus, maybe this was not a good time of the day to go there. Maybe when they have other customers it would be better. It was mid to late afternoon when we were there. However, there were no other customers at this restaurant the entire time while we were there.
Pretty standard Chinese food. The gluten free options were okay. Good flavor on the Singapore noodles. Friendly quick service.
