I cannot even fully explain my appreciation for this office! I have not met a single staff member who isn't kind and easy to talk to. both hygienist that I have have been so informative and friendly, that I leave in a great mood! the dentist is also super kind and a fast worker. I always tell people about this office, it's the best dentists office I've had in the last 10 years.

Chinatown Family Dental exceeded my expectations! My usual dentist that I have been go to years did not have any appointments available for my 6 month cleaning and check up. I decided to give Chinatown Family Dental a call to see if they have any available openings. To my surprise, They did have an opening on the day and time that I wanted. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted with a smile. I filled out the usual paperwork. Then was lead into another room where my X-rays was taken. The room was clean and had up to date new equipment. Shortly after, the hygienist preformed the cleaning. She was attentive to not cause me any discomfort. Dr. Yee came in after the cleaning to do the check up. Everything was excellent. The staff at Chinatown Family Dental is friendly and professional. I just found my new Dentist!!!

Chinatown Family Dental’s staff was so welcoming and organized. The office is very clean and makes their patients feel safe and at home. Dr. Yes is wonderful and caring and has a wonderful staff along side her.

Unpleasant experience: You accept medcaid, make an appointment on May 11 to clean my teeth, take photos, measure blood pressure, and then a female doctor will do it, wash the left side, 2 injections of anesthetic, and wash the teeth for about 5-6 minutes. After that, I feel dizzy. The second time was on June 14th. It was the same as the first dentist. I asked for only one injection of anesthetic and cleaned the left side for about 5-6 minutes. The third time I asked for a change of dentist, I made an appointment on June 24th, and Dentist still cleaned 5-6 Minutes, the fourth appointment was on September 28th, there was no improvement after the teeth were cleaned, and it was not even as good as before. I have 5 missing teeth and I need to clean it 4 times in 4 months! So, for the fourth time, I refused to go, and the lady who served the appointment had a bad attitude. I hope that the Chinese lady at the counter will be more friendly to patients who speak Mandarin. Not all speak English and Cantonese.

Chinatown dental is wonderful! I switched a little over a year ago. Dr Yee has been incredibly helpful to our family with lots of different dental issues and needs. The office is super helpful with working around our schedules. Easy parking. I strongly recommend them!

Everyone is very nice and helpful here! Dr.Yee was the one who did the cleaning for my teeth two weeks ago. Not only that she did an excellent job on cleaning I cannot believe how clean my teeth were after the spray!but also answered me many questions regarding my braces and gum disease. The two root canal treatments I did here need to be redone. Friendly reminder: go to an Endodontic dentist.

I have been going to Chinatown Family Dental for many years and have always been pleased with the service! Dr. Yee treats us like family and really takes good care of my kids. Our whole family goes here. And we couldn't be happier with the whole team! We highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to Chinatown Family Dental for many years. Dr. Yee is very nice and caring dentist. I almost had a tooth pulled several years ago, but she saved it. Tooth is still doing good. The staff is very friendly and you don’t have to wait very long for your appointment.
