One of the worst hospitals our family has ever experienced. The nurses and doctors do not communicate well with each other and delay adequate reporting that is useful for all parties to know the current status of the patient. I will be filing a formal complaint on several nurses, doctors, and their urology dept. this hospital used to be recognized as one of the best in the nation. It’s obvious that recognition no longer applies.
All employees were efficient and kind. Dr. John Morrison put my broken finger back together in perfect alignment, and it was pretty mangled. The orthopedist I followed up with two days later was impressed with his work. I'm very happy with the quality and speed of care.
Whenever your life is in someone’s hands you always want things to be right. Chino Valley Medical Center gave me the best care and their staff was friendly and supportive my entire stay. They made me feel at ease, even though my condition wasn’t at its best at the time. I felt safe and that’s something we don’t always feel when you aren’t in control of the outcome. I’m grateful for the nurses and doctors that were there. Even the cleaning staff was nice to me. It’s all about the energy you put out. I want to thank everyone that helped me while I was there. I’m grateful for them.
My daughter was here for 2 weeks in Psychosis. This is the best hospital I have ever been to. All of the nurses were so incredibly loving, patient, and kind. I was in such a panicked and emotional state and they took the time to explain everything about my daughter in detail. They took such good care of her. They were all amazing! Stevie was her nurse a lot and I felt so comfortable going home knowing she was there to care of my daughter. Thank you so much Stevie and all of the other caring nurses who took such good care of my baby. God Bless you all for the work you do.
I am extremely pleased with Chino Valley Medical Center. I fractured my knee which was extremely painful. Your team handled me with such care and patience, provided x rays and braced my knee up and got me back on my feet. The administrative paperwork was quick and simple and a letter for my work provided so I could take the time needed to control the swelling and pain. Everyone at the center was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind hearted. The center cares about their patients and I am glad to have been one of them. Job well done. I am very appreciative. Thank you.
The emergency and hospital staff were very friendly and efficient. This is a boutique hospital and I truly appreciated the personalized treatment because this was my first major injury. I hope this hospital stays in the community. We need more caring staff, nurses, and doctors in the community. Thank you for taking care of me, Chino Valley Medical Center!
I was treated very well professionally. The staff and the Dr. Was amazing. Prompt , with dignity and respect. I fully trusted my care and highly recommend your facility. Thank you for everything you did for me. Sincerely much appreciated .
Visitor/admitting waiting area has a super strong cologne-like air freshener, very irritating smell. Not good in a medical setting where people may have sensitivities/allergies to such fragrance. I could literally taste it! Additionally, there was a staff member who spoke loudly to a patient?/visitor who she seemed to know from outside of the clinic. I moved seats because they were talking so loud over me/right next to my head. They didn’t even flinch when I got up to move. Beyond unprofessional and plain rude. They were discussing getting the staff member involved with the visitor’s business/company, and his church as well. People who are at the hospital generally are not having a good day, no one is here for fun. We don’t need obnoxious staff members loudly chit-chatting for 25 minutes in the waiting room, talking right over our heads. So unprofessional for her to be engaging in discussion of working for the visitor’s business. The visitor repeatedly played loud promotional videos on his phone for the staff member. So disrespectful, disruptive, and unprofessional. My family works for Prime- despite this, I will be taking my family’s and my own health care needs elsewhere from hereon out.
The nurse and the technician were very professional. They were very helpful, too. Everything went smooth during my few hours' stay. It could have been better if the admitting personnel, namely the lady who admitted me, were not too "nervous." As I signed in, the papers I had to initial was being read. I wanted to know what I was signing. She was in a rush, very impatient to wait for me to read what I had to initial & explained, without me understanding what she was saying. There was a glass shield, she's with a mask, trying to explain what I was to initial. Very impatient. I got the impression that she just wanted me to sign it to get me to the ER room faster. It wasn't very busy at the time. I tried to be positive on this. So, to avoid an incident, I just glanced on the 2 pages & initialed. I used to be an admitting clerk at the San Gabriel Valley Medical Center so I can just say that the admitting personnel was probably overwhelmed at the time, it being almost midnight.
The best care ever, very nice and professional stuff…beginning with from office.. thank you very much for taking care of me so quickly, I was in a lot of pain and your great, capable and amazing people did everything to make me feel better right away- Nurse APRIL YOUARETHEBEST
