Community HealthCorps in Maryland is sponsored by and located within the Community Health Integrated Partnership organization in Glen Burnie, MD and is a local affiliate of the national Community HealthCorps program.
The mission of Community HealthCorps in Maryland, a national AmeriCorps workforce development program, is to directly increase health care access and quality of care for underserved health populations by providing professional training and development for emerging health leaders and expanding the organizational capacity of local community-based health centers.
