Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle location in Severna Park,Maryland was horrible. The pick up time from my mobile order was for 6:40pm. Waited over 20 minutes when I got there. Very disorganized, long lines, music was way to loud couldn't hear anything music should play but not were you can't hear anyone,order was messed up,lots of customers orders were messed up too.Door dash was mad and upset because the orders they were picking up weren't ready when they should have.Our food was just thrown together the containers had food stuck on them it was grose. My bag broke. The app was having issues. Called the store multiple times and no one answered they just ignored the phone calls coming in. Called corporate and they are refunding me in 3-5 business days. Also found hair and other random food in our orders. We had brown rice and white rice together in our bowls when we just wanted brown rice. My friend is diabetic. There was tomato, corn, pinto bean, little chicken, brown rice and a lot of white rice in mine. In hers a piece of onion,little chicken, brown rice a lot of white rice,steak and hair in hers. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!

This is by far the most dusfunctional chipotle I've ever been at.  They routinely miss their online order commitments by 20+ minutes, don't use their online order racks and instead keep the orders behind the counter, which would be fine, except they don't call out the names when the orders are ready.  There's currently an angry mob of customers waiting by the online order pickup, and I'm walking up to the counter reading off names when they finish a bag because they don't announce it.  They are slow, and not very friendly.  Someone really needs to talk to management at this location, because they're quite frankly incompetent. As I'm writing this, after being here for 25 minutes, they seem to have finally gotten tired of me yelling out the names for them, and started doing it themselves.... I guess that means they can apparently be trained, so I reiterate, management problem. Once I got home, 1 of my tacos had the wrong protein in it. I ordered steak, which was in 2 of the tacos, but the other had something else- I Believe Chicken Al pastor. I've complained on the chipotle website about all these issues before repeatedly, all specifically with this location. More often than not, they get one or more things wromg with the food. This is a Severna park location unique problem... Everyone else seems to have this online ordering thing figured out.

If you like the excitement of not knowing what's going to be your bag when you open it, this Chipotle is for you! It's always fun to see what ingredients or entire items they forget. I'd also recommend this Chipotle if you enjoy standing around for long periods of time waiting for food that should have been ready 30 minutes ago. Me continuing to order from this restaurant is truly the definition of insanity.

I normally love Chipotle and understand folks are having staffing issues but my how the mighty have fallen. No chips, guac, veggies or even forks. The trash was overflowing and their work stations were very suspect. NEVER AGAIN!Food: 1/5

I debated leaving before ordering based on the sheer efficiency at this location. It took longer to have my bowl made when it was finally my turn than it did to actually consume it. Even crazier seeing that every other review states the same. At what point would management realize it may be time to retrain, or shift people around so the slowest workers aren't the ones assembling the orders? Food quality was mediocre, chicken was good, however the fajita veg were inconsistent, the guacamole lacked flavor, the hot salsa was quite mild, and the green tomatillo was more like the consistency of ice cream. Make the drive to the Annapolis mall, you'll make up for the drive time in wait time for food.

So there was a sign on the door saying they were “out of chips” because of supply chain or some such nonsense. So I went in, and there were all sorts of chips in bags everywhere. I was told they were for online orders only and then made to place my order which was already made online so I could get chips. That is literally the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.

Received my order from the app and it's has things in it that I didn't order. Had peppers,onion and something else I don't even know what it was. This is the third time that either it's made wrong or extremely small portions and it will be my last. I tried to call the store and no answer as usual. I would like a refund as the meal I received is in the garbage. Order number 27H-BA1. And for God's sake teach someone how to cook steak and to properly cut chicken. I'm getting chicken nugget size pieces in my food. Used to be one of my favorite places.

This is by far the WORST chipotle location. Every single table is filthy, trash over flowing, no utensils, works stations filthy! When I order take out from this location I’m 100% always missing an item or our order is wrong. So we went to dine in hoping we could get a correct order. They STILL messed up our orders with us standing right there. It’s insane. This location should be shut down before they get someone very sick.

Dinner with the wife tonight. We both had the bowl one with Chicken and one with beef. Ingredients were fresh which was very nice and the taste was great. Store was clean just needed more frequent trash pick up and table cleaning. We plan on coming again!Food: 4/5

Chipotle is one of my go-to favourite’s and the food did not disappoint. Unfortunately every single table in the dining room was a mess. I told the counter person that seemed to be in the lead and she ignored my comment. Leaving the mess even after the customers were gone. I’ve owned restaurants, this is clearly a management issue and not a lack of employees. After getting off her lunch break, an employee went out and changed the garbage bags, only to leave the tables a mess! Including the table she had left messy, smh. Cleaning the tables for guests is a 90 second operation. You just have to care.
