Well stocked store. Easy to get around and friendly employees.
Their web site said they had caviar and even listed a price. I went to find it but couldn’t so I waited an obscene amount of time for the customer service woman to acknowledge my presence she never did so I flagged down a passing cashier and asked. Turns out they stopped carrying it. I drove all the way to this store and had to manage through their ridiculously packed parking lot only to find they didn’t have what their website claimed they have. How frustrating. At least the cashier was helpful.
My favorite grocery store. It is always cleaned and shelves are stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. Went to get items for smores night with my children. Items were on sale, Giant always have affordable prices or really great sale prices.
Days ago I ordered a sheet cake for my LARGE church to celebrate the 104th Birthday of one of our members. I went in twice to confirm the order and time of pickup, 4 PM 6/25/22. TO MY GREAT DISMAY, the gentleman who helped me either lost the order, or simply chose not to fill it. No cake and a congregation ready to celebrate. The bakery manager was lovely and extremely helpful, but I ended up with two 1/2 sheet cakes for this very special gentleman and many people who love him. This is totally unacceptable. I will NOT be shopping at Giant again, despite the convenience. It's a matter of principle. I'm told that other grocery stores have better prices anyway. Check out your worker in the Severna Park Bakery. Incompetent. BTW, he did it to another customer, who came in as I was leaving. Yes, I've heard it's difficult to find workers everywhere, BUT surely you interview for minimal competence. Nancy Sullivan
What a unprofessional place for employment referring to the individuals who are in charge , let me share our experience , I took my fiancé up here for interview last Saturday where he was hired on the spot. He was told to return for his first day on Saturday, October 22 which was yesterday at 10:00 am . Of course he arrived on time ; I dropped him off . He was excited and thrilled to be back working . Just for them to tell him he longer has the job anymore come to found out someone he used to work with Kindly made up a story ; when my fiancé questioned the so-called manager about the story she dismissed him that was unprofessional also what’s so hard with answering questions that a person here for you , the story was definitely strong enough for them to change their mind. How unprofessional is that I can’t stress it enough , I was always told if you don’t have the proof of what a person is saying out their mouth it’s not credible. It’s called word of mouth instead . what this company is telling us is that someone can make up anything and you will lose your job in a snap of a finger . What’s really sad is we live in a vindictive world with individuals who vindictive stuff for whatever reason, My mother who has been a site manager for years at the y of central Maryland even said the same thing about how this store handled things unprofessional and distasteful was my mother exact words , and i most definitely agree . . And most importantly that’s not how you do people at all in general. They even went as far as calling the police on him is if he did not have a reason to be frustrated and mad . The officer understood why he was upset , he was the only understanding person out of the situation. I’ll be calling corporate as well !!!!

Nice, clean store and well stocked. This isn’t my regular store but if I’m passing by, I’ll stop in because they always have stuff my regular Giant is always out of. This one keeps their shelves stocked as well as possible. Nice place.
Was in Giant in Severna Park today and Dwight from Produce was extremely helpful. Will have to say it’s super refreshing to have friendly and helpful service now a days. He is a true asset to the company and made my day.
This is the best giant in the area good clean well stocked shelves great people alway friendly I highly recommend visiting and doing your shopping at Severna Park Giant .
