I couldn't be happier with the attentive service I was shown purchasing a suit here. Straight out of a romantic comedy, I was getting married that day and my suit arrangements had fallen through and I needed something quickly. The representative spent close to 30 minutes helping me to select options that fit suits are intended to be tailored; don't do what I did and looked great alongside the bride's dress. I was surprised at the fair price I was given at the end for a full suit, shirt, vest, tie and handkerchief. Just over $300 for a 'designer' quality suit that could easily be repurposed for a professional setting. Definitely recommend purchasing suits here, especially if you can catch a clearance. Come at a time when they aren't busy and you'll be well-attended to.
Not impressed with the quality of the suit nor the overall service. Bought a suit for father's day only after a month of use the trouser seems popped. I had them repaired only to notice the next month that the fabric was falling apart. Not popping seems but the weave of the fabric was coming undone. The trousers took a long time to get replaced and when I went to get them sized they tried to charge me for the tailoring. I was forced to speak to a manager to get this waved but at the same time it hard to believe they tried to make me pay for a defective product. Not to mention the sales staff rarely listens to the customer and is often times pushy. I will not be buying another suit at this store.
We had a great experience with the staff and suit quality. We were helped immediately, sized and the salesman picked out a few suits in our price range. He did not try to up-sell everything like some stores do. We will definitely come back.
Great place. Had an amazing experience here a few months ago. Had an emergency interview and needed a new suit for the next day. They helped me get all the pieces needed, found some great clearance options for me and called a local tailor to make some quick alterations. Definitely recommend this place.
I've been here twice this year with my husband. Some of the staff act very judgemental to how you appear; With the exception of the gentleman who does the fittings in the back. The men who greet you as you come in the door tend to speak to the best dressed person in the group even if it has been made clear that another person in the group is the Groom and is making the decisions first. As for quality of the product, the groomsmen were all fitted and my husband's was the only one they messed up the day before the wedding. We brought it back to be refitted, which they managed to do, but somehow my husband was missing his pants when he went to put it on. We rushed someone out to the store on the day of the wedding and we were able to get everything in time.
I didn't know anything about suits. The staff gave me all the answers I needed, and I got myself an excellent suit with great shirt and tie combinations. Their tailor is fantastic as well!
I enjoy the suits that they make, but I am not impressed with the staff. They don't seem to want to help you upon walking into the store and if you aren't dressed in something somewhat formal they don't pay you any attention. I would go to a different location with a staff that gives more attention and care to ALL customers.
I shopped here for my son for his junior prom tuxedo. Good customer service, just a little more enthusiasm from the associates would be nice, some of them seemed bored and tired with their job. The asian lady, sorry forgot her name, was REALLY nice and made sure my son's Tux fit perfectly!
Got a decent suit for 250.00 but it's like the salespeople are on comission. Lady tried to sell me a $70.00 tie!l and 80.00 collared shirt. But it's buy one get one half off, sir she said. No thanks, Tom Hanks, I'll be heading to marshalls for those items thank you very much. I also had to laugh when she tried to sell me a NINETY dollar collar extender set that I got at my local cleaners for 5 bucks! Men's warehouse or Burlington coat factory...those are my alternatives.
It was a waste of my time to visit this store. I saw an overcoat online and wanted to see it in person before ordering. They hardly had any sizes in stock, and the employees were not knowledgeable.
