Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wow. This is by far the best Chipotle I have been to. The food was great and the view is absolutely spectacular. I had the chicken bowl as I always do and everything was pretty much perfect. The chicken was extra flavorful, slightly burnt in some places, but the amazing view made up for it. Everything else was great as well. My husband got a steak bowl and he loved it. My husband's brother got a veggie bowl and enjoyed it a lot. We also got an order of chips and guacamole and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this location when in Sedona.

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. There was food everywhere and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. There were no trash cans so the trash kept piling up on the tray counter. They ran out of chips and guac. Certain toppings were missing from my order. Restroom was in bad shape too with no toilet paper. Understand that the restaurant could’ve been short-staffed but management should never allow it to get this bad. It only takes a few minutes to sweep the floors and clean the tables. My review is just another one of the several poor reviews for this place recently—I hope management will see these in aggregate and finally take action so that future customers can have a better experience here.

This is the worst Chipotle we’ve ever eaten at. I wish I had read reviews first of this place. Like all the other reviews, the trash was overflowing, the tables were mostly blocked off for unknown reasons, the remaining seating was filthy. They were out of lettuce and pico de gallo. The servings were small. The kitchen and serving area was filthy too. Clearly this restaurant is not dependent on local business as no one would ever come back to this place after one meal. Super disappointing. The only thing this place has going for it was the view. Vegetarian options: We are vegan and I found three pieces of steak in my fajita vegetables that were in my salad. Risky here

TOURISTS AND LOCALS BEWARE, THIS PLACE IS STEALING YOUR MONEY. AVOID UNTIL THEY GET THINGS TOGETHER. EAT AT MUCH BETTER LOCAL RESTAURANTS. I have been living in Sedona for the past 3 months and order a chicken bowl from chipotle every couple weeks. Everything started out great but then about a month ago, they started running out of food, severely limiting menu options. I'm talking like running out of chicken, rice, and tortillas. How do you run out of tortillas??? Miraculously today, the full menu was available on the app. I ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken and double rice with fajita vegetables. When I arrived, to pick up my order, the place was filthy: dishes piled high on the tables and garbage everywhere. Maybe they are short staffed so that can get a pass. When I didn't see my order, I asked and was told they were out of fajita vegetables. Annoying but it happens, no big deal. My bowl was brought out to me and I drove home. I was excited to finally be able to eat a chicken bowl after so long of them running out of ingredients. I sat down and opened the bowl and was SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED. The portion size was insulting. Literally half the normal not-extra portion. I paid extra for a double portion and this is what I get? It's absolutely theft. If you were running out of food and cannot fulfil my order, then tell me, give me a refund, and let me go elsewhere. Now you have taken my money, given me something unsatisfactory for what I paid, and ruined my meal. I have contacted Chipotle corporate about this. Running out of food once is understandable. Running out day after day and now literally stealing from your customers is not a good look. Either your franchise owner/manager is incompetent or chipotle is a dead company walking. AVOID UNTIL THEY WORK OUT THEIR ISSUES.

Location is really awesome, that is why we pick this place to have lunch to sit and dine. Somehow chicken bowl on the day we visited was not good . It was over cooked and was having charcoal taste .Recommended dishesChicken Bowl

I eat at Chipotle in Tulsa Oklahoma a lot, finding one in Sedona with a view was Awesome Food: 5/5

I've had bad experiences at this store, but this time they had new employees and they did a wonderful job. There is one employee I'd probably walk out on if he helps me. He gives half scoops and you can tell he would rather be at home doing something else. All others seem to want to be there and actually strive to do a good job. Vegetarian options: They have the normal options for Chipotle. There are fajita peppers and onions that have their own grill. They also have a tofu option. The beans and rice are veggie friendly. Love the guacamole, but sometimes the chips are over salted. Parking: All spots have time delay. There are three 30 minute Chipotle spots. It's a busy center, so it can be hard to find a spot at busy times. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. There are handicapped parking close to Chipotle. There is only a ramp up to the store from the front.

We went in around 11:40am. They were supposed to open at 11:00am. They were out of vegetables, rice, and most of the meats. This was the second time we went in and found this to be the case. In my mind if you are to open at 11, then you really need to have EVERYTHING prepared and ready when the doors open. It is obvious that this store is poorly managed and staffed with lackluster employees. I won't be back.

Place was well maintenance and lines were minimal. Food was hot and ready. However the white rice was under-cooked - a first for all the times I've visited Chipotles. Didn't bother going back to resolve.

I made a pickup order using the app. Got a confirmation saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there and a sign taped to the door says “closed due to no ingredients” WTH? Not the first time this location has run out of ingredients. Be nice if their app knows when this poorly run store closes so I don’t waste my time. BTW, they still charged me. Supposedly I’m going to get a credit after dealing with their online chat bot for 30 minutes.
