Food was your standard grill but I really liked the fish and chips. Get extra lemon to put on the fish because it really elevates it. The coleslaw wasn’t that great, but the fries were great especially since they made them extra crispy like I asked and really appreciate it. The shrimp salad was alright, standard salad but the shrimp itself was super tasty in my opinion. The onion soup was good and piping hot! The beer is also great! I recommend the 49er and the nutty brown ale. Also, I really liked the booths, really homey material they used.
I have it four stars as this mostly a tourist restaurant. The staff was nice but they seemed overwhelmed and spent very little time at the table other than taking your order and bringing your food. I tip on service , enough said .If you want to just grab some food and a beer or cocktail than this should work for you as they have a wide selection. I had the fish and chips which I enjoyed. The food was good and quickly served . Beer selection was also good. I like to patronize restaurants and businesses that make me feel they appreciate my business.
Had lunch and ordered an Amber beer and Sounds good pizza. The pizza sounded good but was lacking flavor. The sauce on the pizza was weak and did not have enough flavor. The toppings didn’t either. The amber beer was pretty flat. The fries and the 3 dipping sauces were delicious. Service was great! . I’d go back and try a different food item next time and a different type of beer. I do recommend this place again especially since we only ordered a few things.
Just wanted to have a quick bite and drink at a local brewery in town after a long day of driving. It was a pretty cool place. It was walking distance from my hotel. I liked how they offered a flight for every beer they have so you can try them all seven dwarfs! The menu had a variety of good dishes but I just wanted something smaller so I tried their chicken skewer flour tortilla, cabbage and spicy sauce. It was fantastic and the beers were pretty good also. They seem to be popular for their pizzas but they were out by time I got there around 6ish.
The food here was descent. The area is mainly tourists. So it can take a few minutes to find parking. Most of the parking is free which is nice. You can also park down a few blocks from some places and walk to the venue as well. Make sure you check for any signs being posted first. Some areas are strict. I had a chicken skewer and some fries. The fries were delicious, but the chicken was a bit dry. One of my friends had a shrimp skewer and that was very good. It was seasoned well and cooked just right. We made a reservation for this place, but because it’s so busy most of the time, the service is not the best. Heads up if you are coming with a group they will only split the check 3 times. So bring cash to cover your meal. The prices weren’t bad considering the area. It’s best to make a reservation too.
Grilled salmon/chicken kabobs, southwest mac and cheese and deli style sandwiches are only some of the amazing things from the food menu that we tried and loved. The extensive cocktail menu is also pretty impressive!Food: 5/5
First time.... The service and food was good. It was lunch time and wait was not long. I ordered the cheeseburger . My friends ordered the pepperoni pizza and the spinach salad.Food: 5/5
We had a great romantic dinner in tlaquepaque at the Oak Creek Brewing Company. The food was amazing and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed the views and the ability to visit all the specialty shops in the area. They do craft their own beers here I don't drink so I can't attest to how good they are but many others that ordered them seemed to enjoy. Tip: ask for patio seating for a beautiful view. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator access to the 2nd floor/brewery available.
Went there for dinner. Even though it was Sat evening we got the table within 5 mins. Place was quite busy and environment was good. Understandably it took almost 15-20 mins for them to take our order, but they brought our order very quickly. We ordered Hot Chocolate, Pink Lemonades, and Pullman porters in drinks. Veggie Confetti pizza , chicken verde , and brew pub club with . Pizza was hot and really good. Both Sandwiches were really good and sufficient for 1 person. Fries were hot and crispy. Our server was really nice and attentive. Overall good experience. Price wise: it was not super expensive and food was worth the money . Finding parking was a bit of a pain as the location was quite busy on weekends. Vegetarian options: Not many Veg options but there are few and those are good Parking: Because of the location, place is quite busy and it’s somewhat difficult to find parking on weekends.
Came for lunch on Tuesday and was seated right away. Good choices on menu. Was told by waiter that fish and chips is a popular dish, definitely did not disappoint. Hot wings appetizer was also good. It is also a brewery, so we tried the flight!
