Chipotle Mexican Grill

I hadn't been to Chipotle in years because I remembered it being expensive and them starting to make the burritos smaller... but I decided to stop in today and try it again and I'm so glad I did. It is a little on the pricy side, but it's amazing quality and my burrito was huge. It tasted so good I couldn't believe I hadn't been back in so long. Only improvement is they could add a tipping option to card payments so I can tip them when most people don't carry cash anymore.

I ordered 4 bowls and 3 chips & guac for pickup. When I picked up the order, one of the employees only handed me one bag, so I made sure and asked the guy if everything is in the bag, he looked at the inside for a few seconds and said yes. I drove 15 minutes to my home and found out that I'm missing more than half of my order. I went back there and told the guy what happened, he went inside the kitchen and picked up another bag with the rest of my order. I told them to double-check next time so people don't have to waste their time like this, and I got no apologies whatsoever from the employees, instead they looked at each other as if it was my fault, and just waive me off with a quick 'have a good one'. I don't expect a lot from people working in 'fast-food' service industry, but the employees working here are the worst I've ever encountered.

This has to be the worse chipotle I've ever been to. The service is terrible! I've gotten attitude every time I've gone. whoever is the GM or manager needs to do a better job hiring servers. My recommendation is to drive to another chipotle save your hard earned money and a headache.Food: 2/5

Every time I order online, they always give me so little. The picture shows what they gave me. I took no bites and that’s all I got. I also ordered extra lettuce but there is no lettuce in this bowl. If you want to order from here, go in person. Ordering online is a scam.

There are many Chipotle locations that just is, better. This one in particular is not it. I will typically come here to order food because I do not want to travel a few extra miles to grab some grub. The first thing you will notice is the terrible entrance and the presentation of the food. It is a mess, unsanitary feel. I watched one of the employees use the sanitary bucket to wipe the counter on the line, then proceeded to continue using the gloves they wiped with. C'mon, really? When I ask for double or extra, I get less than what I asked for. As always, I will always ask for a side of chips to which there is never anything so I have to wait additional minutes for one.

Not only their service has gone down but quantity of food has got less and they hiked price. I wish I can give them zero star. There is no way to get hold of anyone at store where you pick up order. I wish I can give them zero star but there was no option.

Dirty dirty and Drity. The place is a mess. The emplyees are very rude. The crew at 8pm... you guys need to be thankful to the people that come in and buy your food. Mumbling, rolling your eyes, and acting confused when asked something is wrong to do to your customers.Food: 2/5

they done me wrong 3 times... a year ago, my rice was uncooked and it was very hard. half year ago, they gave me half portion with about 6 pieces of steak meat and yesterday, only right portion they gave me was white rice, I got 7 pieces of lettuce, and very small portion of meat and veggies. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE..
