Food was nasty as the customer service. Employees are all Unprofessional coming to the window with a hoodie on without a name badge. Refused to give me another dressing for my salad and wanted to change me 25 cent. When i got home and opened it the chicken had a smell and the salad was old to where the cranberrys was melted into the old apples.
The ingredients on the hamburger seem to be thrown together in a random way. There was something odd about the lettuce. But the drive-thru girl is cute and friendly so I'll be back.Food: 1/5
I love the fast food restaurant in the La Habra Supermarket that is clean and wonderful on the inside.
Wendy's spent a billion dollars on breakfast and mailed out some coupons so why not give it a try? The food came out hot and the quality is solid. #teambreakfastbaconator for me. The seasoned potatoes were hot, crispy and seasoned well. You cant have high expectations for fast food breakfast: It's greasy, tastes good drowned in ketchup and will help you recover from last night's $100 bar tab.
I noticed after applying my sauce that there’s no avocado in my southwest avocado salad. If there was a shortage then please say something. Normally I never ever leave a review but the customer service was so bad two women were so rude and I had minimal conversation with them both. I’m never coming back there just because of the extremely poor customer service. And that sucks since it’s my go to spot.
I went to the drive thru for dinner. The baconator had 1 piece of bacon and to be quite honest the burger had no flavor. It was tasteless and almost stale. The baconator was the whole reason we went in the first place! My boyfriend has been getting that burger for years at other Wendy's and this was by far the worst one he has ever had. He has had much better burgers from the dollar menu at McDonalds. The chicken bacon pretzel sandwich I got had 1 piece of bacon on it and I was highly disappointed too. Also my son's baked potato was hard and it seemed old. Unfortunately we will not be returning, which sucks because this is so close to where we live.
11/17/19 = 1st time to order on my cell , so far so good . 5/1/19 = 5 star = good service tso far , will coming back .
Make sure to ask for no ice or a little ice on your drink. These guys charge you almost $4 for a drink and all you get is ice. Went back to see if I can get a refill for this and they wanted to charge me for a new drink. $4

Wendy's is a great place to go with kids. They have a kids' menu with plenty of options, and the play areas are always a hit...Food: 5/5
