This has to be the biggest joke I’ve ever experienced, not only was order incorrect… there was no one that would help me. You have to go to the app and order, they will not help you in the restaurant. They won’t even look at you, not sure if this is policy. I love Chipotle, but if I can advise you of anything stay away from this one. You will have no one to go to for help if your order is not correct. They literally turn their backs on you. You have to go onto the app to let them know your order is not correct… guess what? You need an order number to report an incorrect order, and it is not on the bag, you have to wait for an email with your order number. It’s not even on the app. A machine or robot would be better than the people did. People would just walk out when finding that you had to order on the app. Dietary restrictions: Allergic to ingredients that they put on my burrito and they would not even help me. I’m so very disappointed. If you have allergies save yourself from this one
Waited in long line to get take out. One person was doing orders one at a time. Cashier was helping with online orders that were stacked up. No black beans or guacamole available. Very small potion of chicken in the bowl. Normally chipotle is hot, quick, filling and tastes good. This time cold, slow, limited size. It did taste good after heating.
I’ve tried coming back here since the pandemic and their new service model is missing something. I watched several customers come and go unsatisfied. Older people who didn’t know how to order online. I like to think that I’m tech savvy but it was even a little hard for me. Couldn’t get my gift card active, double checked balance to work. Use to love it. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.
As a corporation, Chipotle no longer values walk in customers. Walk in customers are consistently offered fewer protein selections and denied tortillas. I was appalled to see that tortillas and barbacoa were only available for online customers. This is ridiculous and speaks volumes as to the lack of care and concern for potential customers. The associates were visibly uncomfortable informing me of the lack of options as I could clearly see the items I requested were on site, but based on corporate policies, only available for online orders. I have loved Chipotle burritos for years but the corporate focus on pushing customers to online/app orders reveals the future of this company. If you value human interaction and a wide selection of items, DO NOT VISIT Chipotle. If ZERO stars were an option, that's what Chipotle deserves.
Paid $9 for a burrito bowl. Tastes great but I’ve never felt so ripped off by a chipotle as far as portion is concerned. Must be the new savings strategy or something. Or maybe somebody got hungry and got to it before me I have no idea
Came in from out of town and tried to order food here. They wouldn’t let anyone in the door - you have to order online. Regrouped and spent the time placing an order for six people and completed our online order 15 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve us at all. Why would you close 15 minutes before your posted closing time? I guess the kids working here wanted to go home early? If you’re going to do that, turn off the lights and put out a sign saying closed so that people are aware. Seems easy enough to me rather than wasting people’s time.
I’m not sure if the young lady was having a bad day, or if she’s normally so rude, but she was seriously not interested in serving customers. I had to try several times to find out where the utensils were, and had to wait again to ask if I could get a bag for my take out. I tried getting the attention of the guy who was making to-go orders, to no avail. Completely ignored me, though I was only about 4 feet away. I know it’s hard to find folks who want to work these days, but they could at least be kind to folks who had nothing to do with their bad day.
Worst Chipotle in the world. Regularly out of stuff but they dont tell you until they have half way done making your food. This isnt like once in a while. It's like 100% of the time you go they will be out of cheese or chips or sour cream or all of the above. Meat is way overcooked most of the time. They get online orders wrong so consistently, you're a fool if you order that way. But then if you order in person they will tell you, "Sorry steak is for online orders only right now." Staff is bad. Just slow as can be. Headphones in. Don't care. To be fair, if I worked at a place with management this poor I wouldnt try very hard either. I wish the owner would fire everyone and start over here.
Ate lunch here today and got food poisoning. Everyone in my party got sick. On top of that, it took absolutely forevvvver to order, one poor guy working the line himself while 2 people were making to go orders. They were out of bowls, out of salsas and had stale chips. Definitely won't be going back.Food: 1/5
We wanted a somewhat healthy meal during our road trip from California to Michigan so we stopped here since we were already in the city to fuel up our car. Service was quick & friendly. Everyone working there was polite. Plus it was clean inside.
