Came here on Jul 4 because all restaurants closed. After reading 1-star reviews, we almost walked out but decided to stay because the server was really nice so we ended up staying. Surprisingly the food turned out really good. I guess it depends who the cook is for the day and how many people are in the restaurant. The chocolate chip pancakes were super good. Thank you for staying open on July 4 while everyone is out there having a great time.
Raw pancakes for the 3rd time.. this is officially my last time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.. disgusting food, and tiny cup of coffee is $4 a small coffee at McDonald's is better, cheaper, and bigger. Edit to add: Stephen the general manager was amazing and offered us a full refund. He was amazing with customer service and we went over the whole situation and he was very kind and understanding!!
Good place to eat. The pancakes are always good. I had the chicken fried stake with eggs, smoked sausage links and pancakes. All were really good. My order came out fast and was correct. The server was very friendly and knew what she was doing.Food: 5/5

Ordered through Door Dash. Meal was 4 dollars more than menu price. Arrived with no cream, which seems impossible if the item I ordered was Strawberry and Creme Crepes. Food was cold and old tasting. Crepes tasted like they had been prepared using old grease. Contacted Door Dash about dissatisfaction with order and was only offered a couple of choices for what the issue was. I chose lack of creme and was only offered 2 possible resolutions. 2 dollar refund and 2 dollars in credits. For an inedible meal that cost 15 dollars more than if I had ordered it and picked it up myself when you add in the upcharge of menu item, delivery charge and tip. What a joke. Tried calling Ihop to see if they were interested in making it right but gave up after 20 minutes on hold. I made myself some pancakes
I was very disappointed, overcharged, and my pancakes, which were doughy in the middle. My husband's eggs Benedict hardly any sauce, and it was pretty much just a small slice of cheese.very poor service. I asked for creamer twice ! He took our order, dropped the food off he dropped off the bill, and took our money ! Not even have a good day !
Missoula IHOP has some serious issues. This restaurant is not going to last very long. The high chairs they gave me for my baby were disgusting. They were very dirty and so old school that there wasn’t even a buckle. Some of the food was mediocre and the rest of it was terrible. My husbands food looked like it came from a tv dinner. My chicken was not good and very old and dry, but my mozzarella sticks were good. There was only one other family in the restaurant with us and they managed to make it a bad experience as well, since they allowed their children to literally run around in circles around the tables. There are only 2 families in the whole place yet we had to sit right next to each other, so close we could hear each others conversations. My waitress & her daughter who apparently works there as well, definitely seemed to be under the influence of something. She couldn’t remember ANYTHING. She got almost everything wrong. And was so scattered that I highly question her sobriety. Overall, I’m so upset that I even spent the money on this place, and will NEVER be going back. I spent $75 on the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. They have 2 pages of breakfast items, but half a page for both lunch & dinner. Hopefully they close soon and replace it with something good.
The strawberry crapes really good and the cinnamon were surprisingly amazing. Our waitress was 100% and spot on. She was really awesome with my kid and made it great for us.Food: 5/5
A typical IHop. I learned a LONG time ago to NOT take thair offer of "Orange juice" for giggles this time we didn't get offered it by our waitress suggestion, but by looked on thair menus. They wanted like $4.24 for a small and thair supoosid "large" o.j is just shy of $5. Lol. Allot if thair prices seem on the high side.about thair cheapest thing on the menu is thair simple "2x2x2" French toast with 2 eggs and two pieces of sausage or bacon. For like $14. Our waiter was o.k when we made our selection of drinks I could tell our waitress wasn't happy that we simply wanted waters. Our meal was ok. When our bill came , she finally came later to run my card; we were so tired from driving across 3 states and about to drive BACK across those three tmststes so I want thinking so clearly when I gave her a $4 tip. YET as I'm writing this review I realize I shouldn't have given her ANY tip. I don't believe she came over ONCE to check on us and she cerionly DIDNT refill our drinks AT ALL_NOT ONCE. S.M.H.
What an amazing experience. Our food was excellent, the waitress was amazing and kind and the atmosphere was very light and amusing. A little pricey but worth it!Food: 5/5
