Popeyes of Missoula

I ordered a family 16 piece. I got a three piece bone in and a three piece tender. We made a quick drive-through as we were leaving to come back to Helena. Didn’t realize what we got until we were home. Called and tried to get a credit, and the manager told me I needed to come back to get a credit or a new order. I explained again I was from Helena and was told they could not help me. No way this was worth $31.99

I had to post the clean bathrooms. Traveling across States, we appreciate bathrooms that are clean and customer service that is friendly.Food: 5/5

The chicken was delicious. The service was good. The atmosphere....tables needed a little cleaning. But other than that it was clean. The food came out hot and delicious. It took over 20min for us to get our food in the dining area, I think they were waiting on the chicken nuggets and the biscuits, but when everything finally did come out, it was delicious and tasted fresh.

First time eating @ Popeyes ! Great first experience, the chicken sandwich was awesome, delicious Cole slaw and apple pie. Highly recommended!Food: 5/5

Ooof. Big oof. Thankfully, not the biggest one in this city. Let's talk about Doordash times. They're probably top 5 for worst in this city about 3rd, and excruciatingly long. About 20+ minutes each time. Never do I understand how or why it takes this long each time. Or things are missing. Or usually both. Please increase priority and product for courier services.

So went for lunch waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes each person who pulled up was asked to wait to order took 5 minutes for them to even come back and take said order. Finally got to the window and order the 6.99 big box to be told they only have spicy so I asked the they could substitute some tenders so I didn't have to wait another half hour and was rudely told no. Needless to say I didn't order anything and left. Do better. Would not recommend.

The Missoula Popeyes is conveniently located along a major thoroughfare, and the food was quite good, all things considered. I had some chicken tenders, which were juicy and had a nice selection of spices, and all of my sides were hot and tasty. Service was rather slow, taking almost 15 minutes for our food to arrive, although they appeared to be understaffed, which could very well be a temporary issue. The bathroom was not the nicest, but overall the restaurant was perfectly passable in terms of fast-food-chain environments.

Edit: decided to give it another try, go inside and was yet again disappointed. The chicken was tough, stringy, and almost non existent. The Mac and cheese was leathery blob of inedible mass and the oder was missing dipping sauces even after the person who made it double checked what sauces we wanted. Terrible chain and should just go out of business so a canes chicken can move in Went through the drive through. The person taking my order got my order wrong and added items onto the bill, and when I got my order, items that I had ordered were missing. And is it just me, or are these chicken strip significantly smaller than they used to be?

This place is the worst and has been for years. The food is decent fast food chicken on the off chance they get your order right. They are always forgetting something, giving a wrong item, closed when they say they’re open, etc. I have had so many bad experiences with this place but the hope of crispy tenders and a flaky biscuit has had me stupidly coming back for more… This place desperately needs new management. I’ve never actually wanted to contact a corporate office and report a franchisee but this place is so frustrating.

Probably our worse experience at Popeyes. It was super slow, a pretty long line. All the good drinks were out. Sprite, Coke The food was pretty good other than the Tenders being super skinny and small.Food: 5/5
