Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff was good, they were cleaning up to close but as soon as we walked in everyone stopped to attend to me and others that walked in behind me. Vegetarian options: Salads

Maybe don’t take a phone call while making my order and just walk away because a phone call was more important. There was about 5 workers just standing there while it was just three people in line, no one showed a bit of urgency to complete the costumers orders. All were literally having a conversation with each-other while we were just waiting in line and just acted like we weren’t there. Great costumer service ! Foods good costumer service not as good, most of them looked like they didn’t want to be there.

My first and last time at this chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl and found 4 pieces of chicken in it. I politely requested if they would be willing to put more chicken in my bowl and the lady laughed and said your good. Overall Great experience!

Weirdly got discriminated against for literally asking for extra rice. Very petty. White men in front of me asked extra rice AND meat, stacked their bowl, and then when I asked for just extra rice, Pete told me no because of the line and everyone has to eat. But no one hesitated to give the white men in front of me everything they requested. And then gave me the littlest scoops of everything after that. Very weird, very rude, very petty. 0/10. Would not recommend coming here if Pete is here and you’re a nonwhite person.

Have had several no-show orders and incorrect orders over time from this location. Least reliable Chipotle I've ever experiencedFood: 2/5

The best Chipotle I've been to. Crowded, but excellent service, and they keep all ingredients well stocked...including the fajita vegetables, which the other local Chipotles dint even make anymore! Generous portions and speedy service.Food: 5/5

I try to be fair. I rarely leave poor reviews of anyone but holy hell that was awful. Not only did they get he order wrong - which isn’t even that big of a deal because that’s pretty normal for this location - but the place was an absolute dump inside. After the slopped my order together they did a great job of letting it cool for me because it sat waiting to be bagged for 8 minutes. A wrong order is even worse when it’s served to you at room temperature. I dunno. Maybe another off night. I think I’ll pass for Moes next time.Taco Bell down the street would’ve been a better choice too.

About 14 people waiting for to go food, all I ordered was 2 burritos and I had to order them 10 minutes in advance and still had to wait another 30 min to get my food. All the manager did was go yell at us cause it was a lot of us waiting for to go food.

The staff was friendly enough, but 7 people working behind the counter with only one actually making orders. I saw at least 4 people walk out while waiting in line. I doubt it is no exaggeration that the food service area, counters, tables and floors had probably not been wiped down since opening this morning. MANAGEMENT is severely failing in leading the frontline employees on best practices for food service and processing customers in an efficient manner. Not a good look for the Chipotle brand. Won't return because of the condition of the restaurant.

I’ve been to this particular chipotle a few times, they always run out of food. This last time that I went the employees were so rude, moved like snails and had horrible attitudes. Many people need jobs so they should reevaluate their employee customer engagement and maybe have a more responsible manager on shifts. They also give the tiniest portions. I hope it can get better.
